I'm sorry but I can't afford to pay for a problem that is on HP Resolution Team workers problem,$** is rediculess.Ive been left over **calls & messages to Franky my supposed to be my worker.ALL the gift cards are good except for I get out the hospital and the Coupon code is expired and I need to order a new one ( laptop) I've been behind in my classes now,and I've paid$**.** for Accidental Damage Protection care pck. And HP has gave me my refund * months ago so my warranty is just getting used up not even having a laptop.ive been ordered * laptops over the years and NEVER GOT DISRESPECT AS I'VE HAVE BEEN THIS TIME,HP has gone down hill BADLY. What's the excuses for this treatment?? You might be hearing from a Attorney as I've talked to and I got a good case on you ppl......* Thank you* Gregory Kolasa
