I have an OEM **XL print cartridge with a warranty date of **********, that was brand new out of the sealed foil package and it didn't work. I purchased another cartridge and it worked fine so it isn't a problem with my printer. I chatted with Agent Natasha and was told to take the product to the store for replacement. It came in a *-pack so I don't have a receipt or remember exactly where I purchased it. The service I received from Agent Natasha was substandard. Basically I was told that you don't care about the customer only the money you receive from us having to replace cartridges. I would like to get this issue resolved as I am extremely frustrated and don't have money to waste on products that don't work. If this is the type of customer service you give to the consumer I am seriously thinking of not purchasing another HP product.
