The issue in GetHuman-whimatth's own words
My printer will not connect. If I'm on Windows, HP Smart says "Make sure the printer is connected to the network properly." If I try to set it up on Google Cloud print, it hangs forever. If I try to set it up on HP Print Services on Android, same thing. If I try to set it up on CUPS on Linux, nothing but trouble, too.**HP Scan and Print Doctor has been similarly useless.**Even using HP ePrint and sending an email will print only a fragment of a page, or print it off-center and at an angle.**Scanning is pointless.**This has been the case since I bought the printer.**The only way I've found to print it sporadic. If I send a job, restart the job, and restart the printer twice, then sometimes it'll print. It's utterly baffling and the most frustrating piece of hardware I've ever, ever purchased.
GetHuman-whimatth did not yet indicate what HP should do to make this right.
