I purchased a certified refurbished HP Flyer **.*" laptop PC. It was purchased through Walmart. I received it today and missing from the un-opened package was the power cord and AC adapter, *-cell battery ( assume it's installed in the computer) and the Quick start guide. I called HP customer service and was told to call Walmart. Went to Walmart and purchased a universal power cord and adapter for $**.** plus $*.** tax* $**.**. I believe I should be reinbursed for this cost because of your failure to include this item in the shipment.* or please send me this power cord and AC adapter and the Quick Start Guide. I've been a HP customer for ** years and have never had any problems. Please advise. Thank you.*Carol Stokley
