The issue in GetHuman-srguila's own words
Dear Sir*Madam,*I returned to your store to exchange two items, leaving one of the receipts at home. I asked the lady who was in charge of the till to check the items for me. Both items were bought at the same time and I had one receipt for them collectively. She said she cannot do anything regarding the exchange or return of the items if I don't have the receipt. However, ten minutes later, she said she can check on the system to find my receipt. I asked her why she couldn’t have done so from the beginning to save time to which she responded angrily and refused to serve me. She even called me ‘rude’ for suggesting so and continued to refuse to serve me. And after many trials and errors of kind requests to be served, I asked her to call the manager. She explained that she is the manager and she will not serve me no matter what. I returned later on in the evening when she finished her shift and exchanged my jacket. I was going to complain but I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I had understand that people get in a bad mood sometimes, which is why I didn’t complain. The following day, I had to return one of my clothes that I purchased from Guess . The same lady was at the till again. I assumed no miscommunications would happen this time, as I had my receipt, so I asked her kindly to return the item. However, she refused and she states that she will not serve me, saying I ‘had no manners’. I told her that she did not have the right to call a customer rude and refuse to serve them. She continued to refuse to serve me and told me you have to wait until the next shift which was thirty minutes later. I asked another stuff member who apologized to me and told me that she is her manager and she cannot do anything, and she advised me to come later. The lady who was rude to me and refused to serve me for two days is named Milivia Manuela in the Westfield Shepherd’s Bush branch.
