I purchased a bag on Wednesday, December 18th with an expected delivery date of December 24th. However, DHL notified me of delays and mentioned it would arrive on Friday, December 27th. Disappointingly, it has not arrived yet, despite daily emails indicating it would come the next working day. The continuous postponement has now led to it missing Christmas and potentially New Year's. This situation is unacceptable. I recently received a bag for my birthday just before Christmas, and I have only used it a few times. Unfortunately, the handle near where the rings are attached is breaking, specifically the leather around the rings. I took it back to the shop where it was purchased, Urso Moda in Ribera, Agrigento, Italy. They contacted you via email, but after over 3 weeks, the reply was that no one else has reported this issue, so there's nothing that can be done. I find this situation disappointing considering the cost of the bag and the brand's reputation. I didn't seek a refund, but I would like a different bag as the current one is becoming unusable due to fear of the handles breaking. I have the receipt and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I reached out to Guess regarding my order placed a week ago, with standard delivery supposed to take 5 days. I haven't received it yet. The only way to contact them seems to be via email, which is inconvenient. I was told the delay is due to COVID, which is understandable, but my frustration lies in not being informed about it. I wanted to cancel my order, but I was told it's too late. I asked for a Manager to contact me, but that hasn't happened. This lack of communication and service is disappointing. I will never shop at Guess again and will return the bag once it arrives, if it ever does. I plan to order a Louis Vuitton handbag from a company that values its customers. The service I've received from Guess is far from satisfactory, especially for a designer brand.
