Hi there, **I am writing this email as I would like to share my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your oxford street store. I recently bought a dress whilst in a rush and was reassured that there was a two week return policy. When I got home, I saw that the metal guess label was dangling off. I was disappointed with the quality and was equally upset that something of that standard would be left on the shop floor. I was leaving for a holiday the next morning so did not have time to refund it. So, after returning today, I went into the store to ask for a refund and was told by the server that they were unable to do this as the product was damaged. (The label was only partially dangling and was not torn off or anything) I assured her that this item was faulty and I had not seen it when I initially bought it. I explained to her that I did not want to keep a £** dress that was damaged and that I did not need. Her replies were abrupt and rude. She dealt with the situation badly and was disrespectful. Now, I would like to get a refund for a faulty item that was sold to me. This experience has really put me off coming into guess ever again. **Server’s name: Paula
