I had placed an order on the *th March on the evening and my order was processed and sent to my. It was due to be delivered on the Friday **th March. It says on the tracking page it was delivered at *:**. My self my mother and siblings were awake at that time at home. I had not received the parcel. So I called dhl customer service and they said the parcel has been delivered to moore road instead. Why that has happened I am not sure. My address everything on there system was correct so why it had been delivered to a else where address is beyond me. The parcel has been opened and used by them ( house were it was delivered). Hence I do not want a used product. I paid £** for a brand new bag not used. This is the first time I am using guess and possibly the last with the way this parcel has been processed. I either want a refund or a new bag delivered to myself soon as possible. This is absolutely ridiculous.
