I want to talk about my Order * GESEC************ *My orders have to be received separate from Guess. When I got fully my order, I was super disappointed. The clutch has a lot of scratches deeply outside and inside dirty. About the fashion snake Cuff I don’t receive it was replaced by Guess T-shirt (size L) inside packaging had number tracking of Cuff. I was complaining about my messing order to customers care service. But the way they work just sent me email to apologize and did information internet return the clutch without my permission, not explaining anything about my Cuff. I was sending email feedback for customers service but it’s look like they don’t have any respect to me. I’m noir elite of Guess, I bought a lot clothes from Guess. Now my experience is horrible disappointed and super mad. They asked to return the clutch before November **th, like I have responsibility to return the stuff if I want take my money back, I was told them I was *days*week and **hours*day *:**am until *:**pm, I don’t have time to go return or USPS. No time!!! I want your company had to send me a new clutch and a new cuff like I was order and I have to be VIP customer more promotions for me. Or your company refund all my money of that order for me and I become VIP customers of your company, more promotions and good deal for me. *Your company didn’t respect your customers and didn’t have any Customer Benefit Protection*I will report your company Guess, your customers service ( employers name Karyna, Cristina, David) not professional to solve customer problem from your company *Asking about more pictures of messing up order. I will provide your company if Guess email me sasp. Now I will choose another brand name for my closet and my event business *I have a business trip out of USA on December **th. I would like your company solve my problem before I go
