On July 22nd, I contacted Groupon via chat regarding a refund issue. For the past 3 months, I've been trying to book an appointment at Liquivida Lounge in Fort Lauderdale but have been unsuccessful due to the unavailability of an Esthetician. I requested a refund to my bank account, but the agent mistakenly issued it as Groupon Bucks without my consent. After escalating the matter to a supervisor, I received an email on the same day with an incorrect refund amount. When I tried reaching out to Groupon about this discrepancy, technical issues prevented me from doing so for 3 days. Eventually, a manager named Eugeinea M D informed me that they would deposit the refund into my account. However, as of July 26th, I am still waiting for confirmation of the refund or for it to reflect in my account. Despite being a loyal customer for over 5 years, the deteriorating customer service at Groupon is concerning. I hope to receive a prompt resolution before considering a stop payment.

Hello, I recently bought two Groupon deals for skydiving flights in Las Vegas at $[redacted] each. I am currently on vacation in Las Vegas until Tuesday and planned to skydive today, Monday. The skydiving company initially thought they could fly today despite morning rain, but the pilot later canceled all flights due to potential bad weather. They kindly refunded my purchase, knowing I couldn't reschedule as I'm leaving tomorrow and they don't fly on Tuesdays. Though I have two vouchers from Groupon, I can't use them due to the unexpected situation. I spoke with the skydiving company yesterday and they were confident we could fly, so the cancellation call surprised me. I kindly ask for a refund on the vouchers I purchased as there's no way for me to use them valid until November, since I won't be back in Las Vegas. I bought a Groupon for a facial at lumiere esthetic, but when I went to the spa, they couldn't find my Groupon. Turns out, I was actually at lumire spa, a different location with a similar name. The staff explained the mix-up, but since I was already there, I went ahead with the treatment and paid full price because they couldn't redeem the Groupon. It's disappointing because the treatment can only be done a few times a year, and now I won't be able to use the Groupon as intended.

I bought a Groupon from Kim4Color for $72.00. After scheduling an appointment online, I had trouble finding the location specified by Kim. When I arrived at a salon named Zinc, they informed me that Kim was not there and had no record of my appointment. Kim mentioned I had been to Medusa Salon in West Hartford years ago and could not honor my coupon as I was not a new customer. The address listed on the Groupon site's directions was unclear, leading to confusion. I am disappointed by the misleading information and request a full refund for the inconvenience.

I recently bought a Groupon on 07/26/[redacted] for cosmetic skin procedures at Beverly Hills Aesthetic Centers. However, during my first appointment on 07/27/[redacted], the aesthetician advised against the procedure for me. Despite this, the receptionist inadvertently redeemed the voucher. I now find myself out of $[redacted] for services I won't receive. I've been trying to seek a refund on the Groupon website, but with no success. The Groupon customer service number only has a recording, and the website's "live chat" feature is disabled. I urgently need to speak to someone to resolve this issue.

Hello, Last year in December, I received a gift voucher that could be redeemed at Bodyhealth Rehabilitation Center Berlin until 27.03.[redacted]. Due to receiving the voucher during the lockdown and the lockdown restrictions still being in place until 20.03.[redacted], I was unable to use the voucher. I have just spoken with Bodyhealth Rehabilitation Center Berlin, and they advised me to contact Groupon to request a new voucher code so I can redeem the voucher. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for a wash, cut, blow dry, and full head color at H.S.B. in Acocks Green, Birmingham for £59. I used the Groupon on July 24th. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. The haircut was done poorly, and I had to pay someone else to fix it. I reached out to the salon, but I have not heard back. The salon made me feel guilty about the amount of dye used and charged me extra without consulting me. The hairdresser lacked professionalism despite claiming to have 9 years of experience. The blow dry was not done properly, and I had to pay an additional £39 on top of the original £59 for straightening and what I believe were extra dye costs. The salon manager was unprofessional and openly criticized another customer in front of everyone. I don't think this salon is qualified to provide the services they advertise, and their lack of professionalism is concerning.

On July 26, I tried to buy 2 tickets for Zippos Circus in Brighton for the 3pm show on August 13 (Order # [redacted]09). Today, when I logged into my Groupon account to get my vouchers, I found out they had inexplicably expired on July 30. My intention was to go with my 6-year-old daughter, who is away until August 12. I distinctly recall choosing August 13 for the 12pm show but mistakenly ended up with tickets for the 3pm show. I am perplexed as July 30 was never a viable date due to my daughter's absence. While I understand the no-refund policy, I kindly ask for reimbursement in Groupon credits due to this apparent system error. I had recommended the same date to my sister-in-law, leading me to check my account. I had to purchase 2 more tickets to keep my promise to my daughter and accommodate my sister-in-law and niece. I hope for your empathy and assistance in resolving this matter.

I bought two parking passes from [redacted] Airport Parking to use in the next few weeks. However, I saw three purchases in my account – two non-refundable, and one I didn't make. After reading negative reviews about their services on Groupon mentioning theft and damages, I regret my decision. It's concerning that Groupon promotes their services despite this. I'm requesting refunds to my original payment method. Groupon is only offering Groupon Bucks, which I won't use. Hello, I recently discovered that my Groupon credits worth over £40 expired on 02/08/21. Due to Covid-19, I had not used them and was unaware of the expiry date. I attempted to redeem them today. I kindly request if it would be possible to reinstate my credits so I can use them within the next seven days. It would be unfair to lose the money I had previously invested in Groupon vouchers due to circumstances beyond my control, such as the closure of the vendor. If my credits can be reinstated, I assure you I will use them promptly on different Groupon deals within the specified timeframe. I have always had positive experiences with Groupon in the past, with any issues being resolved satisfactorily, such as receiving refunds for unavailable deals. I bought a Groupon voucher on June 12, [redacted], for a women's haircut, blowout, and full foil highlights with Kayla at High Society Hair and Lash Boutique. During my appointment on 7/28/21, Kayla did not apply the highlights properly and offered to redo it. I tried to reschedule due to my husband's illness, but was told I had to come in within 7 days for a redo. Despite my efforts to make it work, Kayla refused to redo the highlights without additional payment, blaming a previous home hair coloring. I am disappointed with the service and would like a refund or credit to use elsewhere. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I bought a meal deal today and need to reserve a table to use the voucher. I tried booking online through Groupon but couldn't select a time and date. The restaurant said it must be done through Groupon. When I tried chatting with Groupon online, I was prompted to sign up and pay. All I want is to make a reservation. I received a C2D8C4CZBC coupon for an afternoon tea as a 50th birthday gift. Originally, the booking deadline was 31/7/20, but it was verbally and via email extended due to the venue closure because of COVID-19. The voucher was for a premium champagne tea for 2. Despite the easing of restrictions, I'm hesitant to visit closed spaces like restaurants due to the fear of contracting COVID-19 or having to isolate. I provide care for elderly clients and want to avoid potential risks. Could you please consider extending the voucher or refunding it to my account? I will use it when I feel more comfortable.

I am having trouble reaching anyone through chat. When I entered my phone number, it said it was linked to another account, which Groupon redirected me to when I thought I was logging in. Consequently, I was billed for assistance I did not receive. The main problem is that I cannot locate the $[redacted] Groupon I purchased, although the payment has been deducted from my bank account. Despite this, my account indicates that I do not have any Groupons available. Kindly address these issues promptly.

I bought 5 tickets to SeaWorld in San Antonio, TX. When I made the purchase, I didn't realize my email was still an old one I don't use anymore. I see that my Groupon account is linked to my Facebook, but even when I try to log in that way, I can't access it. I don't want a refund, I just want to make sure I don't lose my tickets. Thank you!

I bought 5 Busch Gardens Florida tickets in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, one ticket was scanned as used when we returned last week, even though it wasn't used. Busch Gardens Customer Service suggested resolving the issue with Groupon. After contacting Groupon via chat, they couldn't immediately solve it as on their end, the ticket appeared unused. They promised to escalate the problem and assured me of a response within 24 hours. However, no one has reached out, and as I won't be in Florida for the rest of the year, I'm asking for a refund for the unused ticket.

I bought three chiropractic adjustment sessions with three complimentary massages each, but discovered that only one can be used per person. I had the first free adjustment today, but have not used the massages yet. I would like a refund for the two remaining sessions I purchased. I purchased a bag voucher from GroupOn for Gifts For You Now. I've been attempting to redeem the voucher for over a week, but Gifts For You Now continually rejects the code stating it cannot be applied. Despite trying again today, I was informed that the product was already discounted and ended up purchasing the bag for over $36 including shipping and taxes. I am requesting a refund for the amount I paid for the GroupOn within 2 business days due to this inconvenience. I've already spent over 3 hours trying to resolve this issue, including reaching out to GroupOn for assistance.
