I have a concern regarding the Groupon system. I recently purchased two vouchers for a bowel cleansing service. When I tried to book an appointment using one of the vouchers, it showed as already used, even though I hadn't used it. The system indicated that only one voucher was left. This confusion has caused me to worry whether the used voucher will still be valid when I attempt to use it. I reached out to the business to schedule an appointment, but I am unsure if the used voucher will be accepted by them. It's frustrating not being able to track which vouchers I have used and which are still available. I would appreciate speaking with a manager to clarify and resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Ho acquistato un coupon per una cena tempo fa, ma a causa della situazione legata al covid, la scadenza è stata posticipata. Avevo prenotato di utilizzarlo l'8 giugno, ma ho dovuto cancellare a causa delle restrizioni di viaggio tra Italia e Svizzera. Ora che la situazione si è stabilita, sto cercando di prenotare nuovamente solo per scoprire che la mia prenotazione precedente non è stata annullata e che il coupon è stato riscattato. I bought a Groupon for Sergio's Pizza, but the business closed before the expiration date. I tried to redeem my purchase and opted for a $20 Domino's e-gift card, but the $16 credit from Sergio's didn't apply. Even though I received a confirmation email for the Domino's order, it hasn't appeared in my vouchers yet. I'm confused as to why the credit didn't work as stated during checkout. I recently purchased a Groupon deal from Light Up Hair Design in Deland. When I tried to make an appointment last week, the person on the phone informed me they no longer accept Groupons, even though the voucher is valid until November. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to book, I was met with unprofessional behavior and excuses. I feel the need to report this business for their questionable practices. I am requesting a refund of $40, as I intend to visit a different salon. It is important to note that others should be cautious when using Groupon at this establishment, and I plan to alert appropriate agencies about this experience.

I recently bought a Family Pack for the July 17, 4:30 PM Garden Bros Nuclear Circus. When I checked My Stuff, I noticed multiple purchases of the same item. I tried to get help via CHAT, but they said they couldn't do anything and apologized for the inconvenience. I believe I know how this happened. During the purchase, I chose the Family Plan, clicked Purchase, and nothing seemed to occur, so I tried again. However, above the Family Pack, I noticed some numbers which I assumed were asking for the number of people attending. I entered 4 (for 2 adults and 2 children), clicked Purchase, and the order went through. It wasn't until I tried printing my voucher that I saw the duplicate items for the same event. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and receiving a refund for the extra orders. I simply want one Family Pack at the price of $[redacted]. Thank you for your help. Larry L.

We purchased a Groupon deal for Tiny Towne which included a Five-year TT Driver's Permit, 60 Tiny Dollars, Computer Access, and 30 Hours of DDS Classes. During our visit on 06/25/[redacted], we were informed about the virtual DDS classes but have not received any email with the class link yet. Attempts to contact them by phone have been unsuccessful. Additionally, it was mentioned on-site that we need 9 hours of driving the smart car for certification, although this was not specified in the Groupon details. Hello, I am Denis Morozov, and my email address is [redacted] I am trying to cancel a Groupon purchase I made for Davey's Locker. I bought 4 adult vouchers and 1 junior voucher. I was able to successfully cancel and receive a refund for the junior voucher (Order # [redacted]) for $28.00. However, I am having trouble canceling the 4 adult vouchers (Order # [redacted]) for $[redacted].00. I did not receive a confirmation email for the cancellation, and there is no refund posted to my account. The purchase of both vouchers was made in one transaction. Please assist me in canceling the adult vouchers and arranging for a refund.

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals, but only received one. The missing pair was on the same order and tracking number as the one I got. I have tried reaching out to FED EX, but have had no luck. I attempted to contact Groupon and the company that sold the sandals, but have not been able to reach anyone. I am extremely frustrated and doubt I will shop with them again. It's disappointing because I really like the sandals that did arrive. I will warn others about my experience to prevent them from encountering the same issues. On July 6, [redacted], I bought admission tickets to the Wildlife World Zoo in Litchfield Park, AZ in two separate orders with the following order numbers: 1[redacted]94-[redacted] and 1[redacted]94-[redacted]. Since then, I have been unable to redeem the orders online. When I click on the "View Redemption Instruction" link, I see a message stating that Groupon is temporarily unavailable due to site updates or other issues. Hello, my son bought a Groupon voucher for a stay at the Leonardo Hotel in London on August 8th to propose to his girlfriend. However, he recently found out that it's his girlfriend's sister's 21st birthday on that day, and she wouldn't want to miss it. Can we please change the booking to August 12th instead? Hello, my name is Akilah S., and I ordered two massages from your company about a month or two ago. I am inquiring about receiving a refund for the services. The massages were booked at "Massage Gardens." Following my appointment booking, I attempted to confirm if they offer pregnancy massages by calling several times and leaving voicemails. After reaching out multiple times without response, the lady texted me last week to schedule an appointment, despite already having one set for the 9th at 2:30. I requested confirmation but never got a response. Today, on the day of the appointment, she asked to reschedule via text. Due to this unprofessional behavior from the owner, I would like to request a refund instead of rescheduling. I no longer wish to proceed with the massage service. I purchased a massage as a birthday gift for my boss, but after being charged $65, neither of us received an email receipt or the massage gift. The website apparently sent the receipt to her work email, [redacted], when it was supposed to be sent to my personal email, [redacted], and the gift was meant for her. I would appreciate it if she could still receive the gift, even though her birthday was yesterday, or if a refund could be arranged if this is not feasible. Thank you.

I purchased a manicure and pedicure service from All Laquered Up on Thursday and scheduled appointments for today at 3:15 and 4:30. Despite calling multiple times on Thursday to adjust my appointments, I received no response. Today, July 9th, I visited the salon to confirm my appointments and inquire about having both services done simultaneously, only to find a note saying they were not working. I'm unable to get a refund according to the voucher and it seems my appointments will be missed due to the closure. I request an immediate refund for both services as I am dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication.

I recently bought a deal on Groupon for New Levels Bootcamp for $84. Unfortunately, I made a typo in my email address as [redacted] instead of my correct email [redacted] This error led to me not receiving any confirmation regarding my purchase. I bought a product from Groupon today, July 9th, from Colorado Optimal Health in Lakewood, Colorado. I received a $39.00 refund, which should have covered my purchase, leaving me with a $6.60 credit. However, I just checked my bank account and realized I was erroneously charged $25.80. I would like to request a refund for this overcharge. I recently bought four Groupon vouchers for facials at Bebe Day Spa. On July 8th, I redeemed two vouchers for my friend and myself, only to find out they won't honor the other two I purchased because they only allow one voucher per person. I want a refund to buy from other vendors. I feel misled as there was no mention of a limit in the fine print or during checkout. I require assistance with my Groupon order, #10[redacted]31-[redacted], placed on 1-6-[redacted]. The Groupon code is needed to redeem the coupon. When the certificate was printed, only the Groupon order number was displayed on the paper. The paper was given as a gift, misplaced, and recently found. SMP Exotics agreed to honor the 5 lap test drive, but they require the redemption code to process the certificate. Checking my Groupon account yielded no records.

I booked a stay at Hotel Westduin under reservation number 1[redacted]39-[redacted] from 14/07 to 17/07/21. Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the Netherlands and being a high-risk patient, I tried to cancel. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have been unable to successfully cancel my booking. I have been redirected back and forth between Hotel Westduin and Groupon, the platform through which I made the reservation, with neither party taking responsibility. I have been informed that Groupon requires a statement from the hotel to process the refund, but Hotel Westduin claims Groupon should handle it. Reaching out to Groupon has not resulted in any progress, and chatting with them has also been unhelpful. How can I receive a refund of the deposit I made?
