Hi, I purchased a Groupon today for a facial with Tatiana and the amount was ** dollars. The merchant was not available and told me that she couldn't make the appointment at the time she originally emailed me for. I went on groupon and refunded my order but the refund went to groupon bucks. The refund needs to go to my original payment method to my DEBIT CARD. I did not ask for it to go as credit. I am requesting the funds be transferred to my original payment method. I am contacting you guys very much in advance and only purchased the groupon today. I am so upset with LACK of customer service and UNTRUSTWORTHY Merchants. Please get back to me as soon as possible regarding my refund and confirm it will be transferred to my credit card and not held in my account. The email associated with my groupon purchase and account is *****@***.com.
