My name is Diane Kacures. The last order placed in my name for products I did not order was charged to my checking account. This needs to stop. More money was taken out of my account yesterday again, and I want my refund because I did not order any of these products. I want a refund for all the money taken from my checking account the last couple of days. If I did order anything, my address is [redacted] Texas Ave, Slaton, Texas [redacted]. That's the address I use for orders, nothing different. I order CBD oil frequently with that address. There has been a lot of money taken out of my checking account in the last couple of weeks, and it needs to stop. I would like my money refunded. Thank you! Diane Kacures.

Hello, Your customer service on the website has been unreachable for a few days, so I am writing to you here: On April 26th, I purchased an item on your website: Off-the-shoulder floral dress with overlapping skirt, attached sleeve, and ruched top in size XL. This item has still not arrived after 6 weeks – the tracking status has shown "in transit" since April 27th: Shipping company: PostNL Domestic # [redacted][redacted]. It seems the dress is coming from the Netherlands, so 6 weeks for shipping seems very long! I would appreciate a review/information on this matter. I bought Dublin Passes through Groupon for a trip that got cancelled because of Covid-19. Despite my request for a refund when the trip was cancelled, Groupon only offered me a voucher. Subsequently, I made purchases on the Groupon store on May 2nd, but none of the items have been delivered by June 8th. Groupon suggested providing me with a credit to re-order the items, but I insisted on a refund due to uncertainty with delivery to the USA. Unfortunately, Groupon refused the refund request.

I received an incomplete order, and the Christmas candles I did not order were included. The candles in the order do not match what was shown in the Groupon picture. I ordered two packs of five candles, but only received one pack of five with two boxes taped together. There were three candles in the bottom box and two in the top. I need the Christmas candles sorted out, and you still owe me another five candles. I lodged a complaint with PayPal yesterday, which I believe was directed to your company, but I have received no response. I am very dissatisfied with this situation. Thank you.

I purchased a 4ft 6 double memory foam mattress on 12/05. I anticipated a 2-week delay due to current circumstances but it has been nearly a month now without any updates on its delivery. I paid £[redacted] for this item. On my account, it states the item is 'in transit' for the past 3 to 4 weeks. I contacted Groupon for assistance, and they requested my card number to place another order, which I don't need as I have already made a purchase. I simply want to track my original order. If the delivery is further delayed, I request a full cash refund instead of Groupon credits, as I can buy a mattress from elsewhere without such a long wait. If this is not resolved promptly, I will avoid using Groupon in the future.

I purchased 40 cobbled stone-effect garden edges that were supposed to come in 4 boxes of 10, each containing a mallet. However, all 40 pieces arrived in one box without any mallets. I was expecting 4 separate boxes each with a mallet included. I would like a refund for my purchase and instructions on how to return the items. I bought three deals on March 15, [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, they were put on hold. I recently tried to use them, but one of the establishments closed as the lady retired. The second deal was for carpet cleaning, but they don't cover my area. I am seeking refunds for these two vouchers from Diane at Studio Coppola and Magic Steamers of Tampa Bay. I have a Groupon account with multiple Groupon credits. I am not disputing them; I just need an extension on the expiration dates. The account is under [redacted], belonging to Stacey Armand. I purchased these before the outbreak and plan to use them within the year. Due to ongoing travel restrictions, my trip to Boston has been postponed, and I won't be able to travel for the remainder of the year. I require extensions for the following deals: 1. Hop on/Hop off Trolley Bus in Boston - the website initially suggested a 1-2 year extension during the pandemic. However, it currently shows it will expire in 2 weeks. Please update this promptly. 2. The Cape Ann Whale Watching Groupon is set to expire on 10-18-20, but we can't go until next year. Kindly extend this voucher as well. Thank you.

I am dissatisfied with my recent Groupon purchase for a local stylist through Megan Hair Salon. Despite numerous attempts to contact the salon, I requested a refund but was only given Groupon Bucks instead. I used the Bucks to buy boy short underwear, which cost over $20, with an additional $8 for shipping. I find it unfair to be charged for shipping when the original service was not provided. Even after using the Groupon Bucks, I still had to pay nearly $4 out of pocket. In the past, Groupon's customer service was more helpful. Currently, the prices on Groupon are the same as those on the merchants' websites. I am adamantly disheartened by this experience and will not be making any future purchases through Groupon.

Order # [redacted] I made a purchase through Groupon on June 2nd, intending for the item to be sent to [redacted] Anarece Ave in Auburndale. Unfortunately, the merchant sent it to the wrong address. I need a refund of $37 for the shoes I ordered. Since the old address is no longer owned by my family, I cannot retrieve the package. I received a damaged TV unit that was missing four pieces necessary for assembly. Despite emailing customer service, the item is too bulky for online return. When inquiring about courier collection, I was informed that due to the current situation with the coronavirus, packages cannot be collected. I have followed up twice via email regarding returning the item and obtaining a refund, but have not received a response. I require a refund promptly to purchase a replacement unit elsewhere, in line with your policy. The refusal to collect the item is causing inconvenience. I bought a sofa cleaning deal on Groupon but had trouble scheduling with the vendor due to limited availability. When I finally reached them, they mentioned extra charges for my location being outside their service area, even though it wasn't clearly stated in the ad. I am now seeking a refund through PayPal as I feel misinformed and the service does not align with what I expected from a Kansas City metro vendor. I purchased face masks from Qualtry through Groupon on May 20, [redacted], paying $12.99. Qualtry informed me they couldn't ship the masks and would refund the delivery cost. I am seeking a refund of $12.99 from Groupon. My name is Y.V., email [redacted] I made the purchase on 5/20/[redacted] and need the refund due to Qualtry's inability to deliver the masks. I've tried contacting Groupon without success. I've been a regular Groupon customer but am unable to make further purchases until this is resolved. I was searching for a Jiffy Lube oil change coupon on May 28. When I saw my location listed as Brownsburg, IN, I thought the offers were for the local store. After buying a $59 coupon, I realized it expired on Aug. 26, [redacted], and was for locations in OK, about [redacted] miles away. I found another local offer on Groupon, bought it, and got my car serviced. Is there any chance I could get a refund or exchange for another service? I have not received my order from Groupon. There are conflicting dates regarding the shipment, initially by UPS then transferred to USPS for final delivery. Despite UPS receiving my product on June 3 and sending it to the local post office on June 8, the post office claims it was out for delivery on June 8. It has been a week, and I still do not have my product. Tracking is impossible due to insufficient data with the tracking number provided. Customer support is unreachable. I would like my product to be reordered with proper verification for accurate tracking. Dee Daclan

I purchased a Sam's Club membership through you on 3/11/20. I never received any confirmation of this purchase. Regrettably, I mistakenly bought another membership on 4/3/20. I have been trying diligently to locate where I can obtain a voucher to confirm my purchase, but I have had no luck. I even visited Sam's Club with the information I had, and they directed me to contact you to resolve this. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach your company, so I contacted Discover, where the charges were made. They advised me to reach out to you regarding this issue, and that's why I am contacting you now. As I was unable to use the service and both memberships have expired, I kindly request a refund of $70.00 on my Discover bill. I hope to receive assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I recently ordered a black Aquarius doorbell on May 20th. I checked the tracking information and saw that it reached the Hermes depot on May 22nd but has been delayed ever since. The website mentioned it would be on its way within 24 hours, but it's now June 17th and the delivery has not arrived. I reached out to Hermes via digital chat with my order number but received no response. Groupon has marked my order as complete, yet I haven't received it. Unfortunately, the order details on the site have been altered, making it challenging to provide the Hermes order number.
