Due to a severe car accident last summer, I am still recovering and in a wheelchair, making it impossible for me to use the Groupons I purchased. I have reached out to the vendors, as instructed, but they informed me that only Groupon can issue refunds. Unfortunately, due to my extended hospital stay, I was unable to contact Groupon within the specified timeframe. As a single parent supporting an 8-year-old, every dollar is crucial for medical expenses and caring for my child. I have evidence from vendors and medical records to validate my situation. On April 1, [redacted], I attempted to buy flowers using a Groupon 50% off promotion. I tried to purchase $30 worth of flowers from Pro Flowers for $15 as per the deal. However, Groupon charged me $15, and Pro Flowers charged my debit card $36. I am seeking a $15 credit from Groupon and a $21 credit from Pro Flowers due to the overcharge. I placed an order for "one week of 3 meals for 2 people" with order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was informed that delivery is not available in my area or country. I see that I was charged $14.99 U.S., which converts to $20.36 Cdn. on my credit card. Since I won't be receiving my order, could you please refund the charge to my credit card? I utilized two Groupon vouchers to purchase a total of 6 blankets from PrinterPix. However, I only received 4 of them. The missing blankets arrived separately over the course of a few weeks. Despite contacting them multiple times via phone and email, I struggled to resolve the issue. This occurred before the current pandemic situation. I paid additional postage fees for each set of 3 blankets totaling over $24. Initially, they claimed I only ordered 2 sets of 2 blankets, but after sharing pictures of the 4 received, they acknowledged the mistake. Nonetheless, they are now only willing to provide one more blanket and asking for more postage. This situation has left me extremely frustrated and upset, as I cannot gift only some grandchildren with the blankets. I aim to reach out to Groupon for assistance in resolving this matter as I prefer to receive the blankets instead of a refund.

I booked a room for a two-night stay at SureStay Motel in Post Falls, Idaho through Groupon. The total cost was $96, based on the advertisement of a complimentary hot breakfast buffet. However, when I went down this morning expecting a fulfilling breakfast, all I received was a brown paper bag with a small orange juice, granola bar, and individually wrapped blueberry muffin. I feel deceived by the false advertising of their services and amenities. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the experience and would like to contact Corporate for a full refund. 1. I bought a Sam's Club voucher but I've been struggling to redeem it even after multiple attempts. 2. I bought a Blooms Today voucher and attempted to redeem it. After entering all the required details along with the voucher number, I got a notification stating that delivery was not available in the specific area where I wanted the flowers to be sent. 3. I've been attempting to reach out to customer service for three weeks now, but I haven't been successful in establishing any form of communication.

I am frustrated with Groupon's handling of my refund request. I'm Susan L. I bought five driver safety courses but accidentally gifted three to my daughter, Giuliana L., who's a NJ resident and couldn't get the course discount. I want to cancel all of them and get a refund. I managed to cancel only one, which gave me Groupon Bucks instead of a refund. I need the money back to buy three more through my insurance company. I've also been struggling to cancel my 8x10 canvas picture orders due to resolution issues. One was refunded with Groupon Bucks, but not all. I recently purchased a mattress for my California King bed from Groupon. However, the mattress I received does not seem to be the one I ordered. Despite my age and health condition, the delivery person left the package in front of my house without notifying me. I managed to move it inside, and it appears to be too small for my bed, more suitable for a double bed. The box indicates it was shipped on March 25th and weighs [redacted] pounds. I have two issues that need addressing. Firstly, I accidentally ordered a voucher within the last few hours and would like to return it. Secondly, I need to update my email address on my account as the current one is no longer in use. Unfortunately, I do not remember my password to make this change. I am currently logged into the app on my iPhone and am unable to access account settings which seem to be only available on the browser version of the Groupon website. It's crucial to me to change the email to reflect my current one and I am requesting a full refund of $69 for the mistakenly purchased voucher as I have no intention of using it.

On April 3, [redacted], I received a message from Groupon regarding my purchase made on April 2, [redacted]. The order number is #1[redacted]87-[redacted]. I was informed that a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent via email once the order is on its way. The order included 10 face masks costing €10.50, plus €2.99 for shipping, totaling €13.49. Then on April 5, I received a notification that my order has been shipped. The message mentioned that the delivery would be made in an envelope to the mailbox within the delivery time frame, no need to be at home to receive it. However, no details about the delivery duration or tracking information were provided. When I checked my account, I couldn't locate the order. I am inquiring about the processing of code P794jMDK for the Science of Mind Magazine subscription. I sent this Groupon voucher to Brentwood Inspired Living Center as a gift but they did not receive the email. When trying to resend the link, I mistakenly downloaded PDFs multiple times instead of sending. I then gave the code on the PDF to the gift recipient, but it appears as "Already used or Invalid." If the subscription transaction went through, that's great. If not, and the code was mistakenly used by my repeated downloads, could you please re-validate it or provide a new one? In January [redacted], I purchased tickets for a Disney on Ice show in Florida through Groupon. As a Canadian, in March [redacted], when the global devastation caused by the coronavirus led to the show's cancellation, I requested a refund from Groupon and received confirmation of the refund. However, Groupon later changed their decision and offered Groupon bucks instead with the promise of a postponed show at a later date. Despite Groupon's policy allowing refunds for postponed or canceled events, I am not satisfied with their resolution. Being in Canada now, using the Groupon bucks here would result in receiving the amount in Canadian dollars, roughly a $40 loss compared to the original value in American dollars. Unfortunately, my attempts to address this issue with Groupon have been fruitless, and I am seeking a solution to this matter.
