Hello, my name is Kimberly L. I purchased a Groupon deal recently for M&M's worth $40 for $26. I tried to redeem it on the website shortly after buying it, but the code was invalid. After entering all the numbers and clicking "redeem," I confirmed that I was ready to use it, only to have it expire. I never had the chance to use it and I'm disappointed about wasting $26 on something unused. I've been attempting to contact your support for days but haven't received any useful responses. I've tried emailing various addresses provided, but none have connected me to your team.

Hello, my name is Kimberly Lawson. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for M&M's valued at $40 for only $26. However, when I tried to redeem the code on the website shortly after purchase, it was invalid. Despite entering all the numbers correctly and clicking the redeem button, it somehow showed as expired after I confirmed I was ready to use it. I feel frustrated as I was unable to use the voucher and essentially wasted $26 on something I couldn't utilize.

I purchased two Honey Throne vouchers, one for my sister and one for myself. I made multiple calls and left voicemails to book our appointments, but had no success. Attempting to schedule online redirected me to LA. The staff insisted I needed to book my own appointment due to website issues. After much trouble, I received a call instructing me to come in, but the person never arrived after an hour. The office didn't resemble the description on Groupon and seemed disorganized. I kindly request a prompt refund of my payment.

I recently purchased three chiropractor treatments through a deal and called ahead to confirm they accepted Medicare due to using a Groupon. Their staff confirmed it was not a problem, so I drove 10 miles for my appointment. However, upon arrival, I was informed they do not accept Medicare and only offer massages. I was advised to seek a refund from Groupon. This situation has never occurred before, and as a loyal customer, I am seeking assistance to rectify this issue and get a refund. Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently got an email from Affordable World regarding our trip to Thailand. Due to the coronavirus situation, we agreed to cancel. They mentioned that the direct payment made would be refunded to the original payment card. They also suggested contacting Groupon for a refund on the vouchers bought on Thursday. I just want to confirm that my account will be credited for these vouchers. Thank you. From, Patricia R. [redacted] [redacted]

I bought two $69 Groupons for Raw Juice cleanses, but the ones on the Groupon are not the same as the ones on the website. Even after applying the Groupon code, I still have to pay for part of the cleanse and $29.95 for shipping, which is unreasonable. Please refund me for the two juice cleanses because using this Groupon is too complicated, and it looks like I'll end up paying the same amount as if I had ordered from the website directly, which defeats the purpose of using the Groupon. Thank you.

I purchased a deal for a pizza and pasta meal for two at Esca. I followed the instructions to book online, selecting 4 o'clock for my reservation. Unfortunately, upon arriving at the restaurant, I discovered it was closed until 5 o'clock. Both myself and my partner were disappointed and frustrated by this inconvenience. I am puzzled as to why 4 o'clock was even available for booking if the establishment opens at 5 o'clock. Due to my voucher expiring on the 24th of February and today being the only day I could use it, I am requesting a prompt refund of the £12 I paid for the deal. The Groupon voucher number is VS-2P9N-6ZRB-F5PC-GM7M. I appreciate a swift response to this matter. Thank you.

Last night, I attempted to purchase 3 tickets for the Hall & Oates, Squeeze, KT Tunstall concert at the Hollywood Bowl on May 29th. Unfortunately, I encountered an error processing my order. Upon retrying today, I faced another issue with the order. It seems I surpassed the ticket limit, resulting in the refund of 6 tickets. However, I believe the initial purchase was unsuccessful. I am still interested in buying 3 tickets for the concert if possible.

I purchased a Groupon for 4 family tickets to WonderWorks in Orlando, FL during my last day of vacation, only to find out upon arrival that it was not valid until 24 hours later. I had to buy full-priced tickets at the door as a result. This was my first time using Groupon, and I was unaware of these rules. I will make sure to read all the fine print in the future. Unfortunately, I couldn't trade in the vouchers as I opened them at the gate. I would appreciate a call back at [redacted] regarding my order #[redacted]. Thank you.

I made a purchase for a Groupon deal at Selena's. I opted to pay using PayPal, but encountered a problem during the first attempt due to my internet connection. After retrying, I was notified that I couldn't buy another coupon within 90 days. I proceeded to use my husband's email to successfully purchase it using PayPal. Surprisingly, both transactions went through, resulting in me unintentionally getting two coupons while being charged for only one. I only need one coupon, so I kindly request a refund for the extra purchase.

I recently added a Kansas City Escape House voucher for 4 people priced at $56 to my Groupon basket for my son's birthday. When I returned to complete the purchase, I inadvertently ended up with two vouchers in my inbox and was charged $[redacted] instead of the $56 I expected. This unexpected charge is causing financial strain as I had budgeted for only one voucher. I am reaching out to request a refund of $56 for the extra voucher that I did not intend to purchase. I have already used one of the vouchers, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

The description of this coupon was unclear to me. I was not aware that it does not cover the cost of a cleaning service, leading to my dissatisfaction. The process outlined on the website involves selecting services, redeeming the Groupon, and making a booking. The coupon I purchased includes a $[redacted] credit for a "Deep Clean" service for three bedrooms or more, with early bird pricing. The offer expires on May 21, [redacted]. It is important to note that the coupon does not directly provide a cleaning service but rather functions as a discount off the regular pricing on the website. While the coupon can be used for other cleaning types, such as "Get It Clean," the lack of clarity concerning this detail has been frustrating. I would like to exchange this coupon for an actual cleaning service.

Hello, I purchased a Sealy mattress through Groupon. The first two attempts to complete the purchase failed with an error message. I had to confirm with the lender and then tried again successfully. Only one transaction was pending on my card that day. However, two days later, I noticed two unauthorized charges for the previous failed attempts. I tried to cancel, but the orders couldn't be stopped, even though the mattresses were still at the warehouse. Now I'm told the purchases are final. I hope Groupon can either reverse the unauthorized charges or allow me to return the extra mattresses. Thank you, Dave and Svetlana.

I purchased a Groupon with the code #XEPF2L66 for two fruit arrangements, Fruit 37 and Fruit 38, totaling $26. I am aware of the $14.99 shipping fee. However, I was surprised to learn that in order to send just one arrangement, I have to increase the total to at least $30, plus pay for shipping on top of that. This would amount to over $30 extra just to send one item that was supposed to be $15. Along with the $15 shipping cost, taxes, and other charges, this has made the whole transaction expensive for me. I used PayPal for the payment and would like a refund. I chose Groupon to save money, but this experience has been disappointing. If this is the norm, I doubt I will use Groupon again. Please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Sharon M.

I called to schedule an appointment at the hair salon but ran into an issue. Despite no restrictions mentioned in the Groupon ad, when I mentioned my voucher, they informed me they couldn't see me until the following week. Additionally, the staff implied only one stylist works with the vouchers, which was disappointing. I purchased the voucher for the salon, not for a specific stylist, and I found this level of service unsatisfactory. The salon in question is Head to Toe in Granada Hills.

I purchased a Groupon for Thelashjunkie and scheduled an appointment online. Upon arrival, I discovered that the business was not at the address listed on the Groupon. When I called the provided phone number, someone answered but hung up when I started speaking. I would like a refund as this experience has been terrible. I had to leave work early for an appointment that I booked online, only to find out the business didn't exist at the address given. After two more unsuccessful calls, I was directed to voicemail. This seems to be a fraudulent Groupon and the non-existent business should be removed.

While searching for a couples massage, I came across a promo code "SAVE" on your site. When I entered the code to check the price, it unintentionally processed the purchase, causing an overdraft in my bank account. I have requested a refund for this order. I urgently require the funds to be reimbursed to my account promptly to avoid any overdraft charges as I did not intend to make this purchase.

Hello, my name is Josephine Valladares. On January 1st, [redacted], I ordered one silver stainless steel band for my Apple Watch for $22.95. We were referred to your business by friends and have recently started shopping from you. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you, Josephine Valladares [redacted].

Yesterday, I contacted customer service to cancel an order. They claimed my card was declined, but I was still charged, and the item is now being shipped. I tried to rectify this before the order went through. I’ve had to follow up twice, as this process has been incredibly frustrating. I mistakenly purchased the product, attempted to cancel immediately, but an error prevented me. I had to contact support due to severe social anxiety. When I reached out, the employee was unhelpful and focused on the nature of my purchase rather than assisting me promptly. I am seeking a refund for the product and have chat screenshots available. This experience has been disappointing, and I do not plan to use Groupon again due to this poor customer service encounter.
