I booked a stay at The stratford Hotel in warwickshire, Coventry through groupon. The stay is supposed to be for * night, checking in tomorrow. But i have contacted the hotel and they are telling me that it has not come through as a booking on their system, But groupon have already taken my money.

GetHuman4333534 did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.

I contacted the hotel.. and they asked me to just send the confirmation email i received from groupon and they said it was sufficient evidence but they said to make sure to bring ID with the same booking name for authentication.**hope it helps.. *looking forward to my stay tomorrow
