I want a refund

Use my voucher I paid for and didnt work system was down. So i had to purchase * other adult tickets ... I purchased * adult tickets on groupon as a guest so I couldnt go back to my order to cancel for the aquarium and I would like A refund. When I arrived at the aquarium I was trying to click on view voucher and it kept telling me system was down. So I had to purchase * other ones a second time around and it worked. Can someone help me please get a refund

My husband and Have been a customer for years purchasing traveling tickets to go out of the country and other stuff so we paid and used alot this service.

I sent a request to the support team of groupon and it said they will call in one hr I hope thats true. I dont want this to prolong and the issue cant be resolved and its too late to cancel its not my fault. I would still like to use this app. Thank you
