I bought a facial Groupon in August [redacted] but had trouble scheduling an appointment due to the business's tight schedule and lack of reachable phone support. In November or December, I decided to trade the Groupon for Groupon bucks since I couldn't book the facial. After completing the trade-in process and getting a confirmation screen, I expected the Groupon bucks to be in my account within a couple of days. Today, when I checked, the Groupon bucks weren't there, and the facial Groupon was still in my account as expired, which was disappointing. I don't understand why the Groupon bucks weren't credited, and I want to use them to purchase something else. It's frustrating not being able to contact Groupon by phone, but I hope to get a prompt resolution. Thank you, and happy holidays.

I am new to Groupon and I am having trouble with understanding how the voucher codes work. Initially, I mistakenly copied the coupon code instead of the voucher code and marked it as redeemed. Consequently, I am now unable to retrieve the correct voucher code for the necklace I have yet to order from MonogramHub. I appreciate any assistance in providing the missing voucher code. Thank you.

On December 7th, I encountered issues using the Groupon mobile site to buy event tickets. I aimed to buy 4 tickets for myself and friends, but the site was uncooperative. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach the confirmation screen. I resorted to buying 2 tickets and my friend purchased the other 2. Strangely, when I checked my account on December 25th, I noticed extra tickets I wasn't aware of. Kindly refund the money for the unintended purchase of 4 tickets.

I bought a priority pass for the airport but made a mistake with the 3-digit code on my credit card, leading to a declined payment when purchasing a membership with Groupon. They instructed me to get the amount approved by my bank, but nothing was processed through my bank as it's a credit card, not a debit card. I'm just looking for a $7 refund. I found this Groupon to be very confusing.

I booked a safari online, but I haven't received the voucher. When attempting to sign in with my email and password, it says the password is wrong. Trying to reset the password, it states there is no account associated with the email. I am in Dubai until tomorrow, and I need assistance. I only have the order number. On December 18th, I purchased 2 Groupons for Red and Green Brazilian Steakhouse near Lawrenceville, GA. One for my son and one for his father. I noticed on my credit card statement that there was a credit for a percentage but not for the Groupon amount itself. I have been trying to reach out for assistance on the Groupon website, but there doesn't seem to be a chat option or any contact information available. It has taken me an hour to navigate through this issue, and I am not pleased with the changes. These difficulties are making me reconsider using Groupon in the future. - Patricia M.

Yesterday, I attempted to buy tickets on Groupon, but the transaction failed. Despite this, I see two charges on my account today for the same tickets. I did not authorize or use these tickets. Frustrated, I ended up going to the wildlife zoo in person to buy tickets since I couldn't rely on Groupon's website.

I bought a voucher in early December for my son at The Sailmaker restaurant at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney for Christmas. He's been trying to make a booking following the voucher terms, but the Hyatt is unable to accommodate due to high demand before Christmas. I've tried calling Groupon, but the wait time is too long, and my work schedule makes it hard to get in touch during their hours. Despite his efforts to make a booking using the voucher, he was repeatedly informed that no vouchers could be accepted during the busy holiday season. I purchased a Groupon for Eyebrow and Eyelash tint, Voucher #[redacted]9. The merchant declined to accept the Groupon citing the one offer per person in a 12-month policy. This situation is extremely disappointing and seems dishonest. I am seeking a refund as the customer service seems to be lacking accountability. I purchased a Groupon deal for $13.50 for the Canton Mikado restaurant, but the voucher showed it was for the Mikados in Middletown. I reordered one for Canton and double-checked the address, but the voucher still directed me to Middletown. Can you please refund the total of $27 for the two Groupons back to my account? Hello, my name is Milena G. I purchased a Groupon deal for $13.50 for Canton Mikado restaurant. When I tried to view the voucher with the scan code, it directed me to Mikados in Middletown. I then ordered another one, double-checking the address for Canton, but the voucher still showed Mikados in Middletown. I had an appointment with Myers Kenpo, but unfortunately, she did not show up at either of the locations. I wasted an hour and a half driving between the two places, hoping I had just misunderstood the meeting spot. After two days, she finally responded to my email, but refused to provide her phone number and mentioned that she wouldn't refund my money because Groupon had not sent her payment. Woman on Fri, Feb 28 at 8:00 pm at HRL - George Thorogood and The Destroyers on Tue, Mar 10 at 8:00 pm at HRL - America - The Band on Sun, Mar 22 at 8:00 pm at HRL - Chicago with Rick Springfield on Fri, Jul 3 at 6:30 pm at TAM - Australian Pink Floyd Show on Sun, Aug 2 at 8:00 pm at HRL However, I noticed a new requirement stating that the G-Pass can only be redeemed on the mobile app. In the past, I have always printed my G-Pass Groupons as I do not own a smartphone. Will this mobile app requirement prevent me from using G-Pass Groupons in the future?

Hello, I purchased a children's kitchen set and a pull-along unicorn from Groupon. On Christmas morning, upon opening the kitchen set, I noticed it was cracked at the hob with a small piece missing. Additionally, the pull-along unicorn does not move. I have made several purchases with Groupon and am disappointed with the quality. My granddaughter, who is three years old, is also upset.
