I encountered an issue with my Groupon for a massage. Upon arrival, I was informed that the offer was limited to one per customer. I previously visited for a facial in March, so I purchased the massage deal separately. The business owner advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund due to this restriction, and I was charged the full price instead. As I am unable to utilize another Groupon at the establishment, I am also seeking a refund for the "custom facial" I bought earlier. I appreciate your assistance, as I frequently make purchases through Groupon.

I bought two Groupons with order number LG-YRHW-BWWV-ZVSS-SFSC...[redacted]. I used one already, but the second one expires today on December 27. The website seems to have issues with outdated security settings, preventing me from redeeming it. I've tried multiple times without success. I can't reach 3-D Crystals USA directly. I hope to redeem the $92 I've invested in this Groupon.

I contacted Holiday House Spa in Universal City, TX to book a deep tissue massage after discovering them online. I confirmed an 11 am appointment over the phone. I purchased a Groupon deal for a one-hour massage at $55. Upon arrival, I presented my Groupon, but I was told an additional $20 was required, with no explanation given. The staff member mentioned the Groupon was only valid on weekends with an appointment, even though these terms were not listed online. When I inquired about a refund, it was denied. This experience with Groupon and the spa was disappointing and unsatisfactory for my first visit.

I recently contacted Homeaglow (Cozy Maid) and expressed my extreme frustration with their service. They have canceled on me three times, each instance when I had guests coming over, causing a significant inconvenience. The last-minute cancellations are unacceptable. I have no interest in having them clean for me, even if it were free. I have requested for them to cancel all my future appointments. Unfortunately, the communication issues continue, as exemplified by conflicting messages I received regarding a schedule change. I will be sharing this feedback with Groupon and will not consider using their service again. This experience will not result in a positive review from me.

I made a mistake when I entered my email while purchasing a Groupon for The Windsor Arms Hotel High Tea. I accidentally used the incorrect email address: [redacted] As a result, I didn't receive the voucher in my inbox. I went ahead and bought a second voucher for the same offer with the correct email address. I'd appreciate it if the charge for the voucher linked to the incorrect email could be refunded. Despite the email error, I still want to keep the Groupon that was successfully sent to my correct email address.

I missed the delivery of my parcel three times, and now it has been returned to the sender. I still want to receive my order. The tracking number for the item is [redacted][redacted], and I have already made the payment for it. The item is a Retro set of 3 Canisters in cream. It has been in transit since Tuesday, the 26th of November, up to the 3rd of December. I haven't received any communication regarding my order via email.

This is my third request regarding my issue with The Cordial Cherry. I am requesting a credit to my account due to a problem with a code I tried to use for an order that didn't work. The shop will be closed until mid-January, so I am unable to place the order for two birthdays on January 1st and 2nd as planned. I purchased three items on Groupon recently and was able to access them in My Stuff. However, I am now having trouble accessing them. My previous email address, [redacted], is no longer accessible. I made all three purchases on 12-24. Two of the items were facials with Glamour by Lisa, but I can't remember the details of the third purchase since I can't access My Stuff. Can you please assist me with this issue?

I've been trying to use the voucher code T8T967Y6FEOX for my $30 Sam's Club membership and it's not working. Despite reaching out to both Groupon and Sam's online support, I haven't been able to resolve the issue. Sam's Club couldn't assist me in-store as the membership was bought online through Groupon. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a $45 membership to be able to shop for my Christmas items, bringing my total expenditure to $75 for a basic membership. I am now looking to get a refund for the original voucher as I have been unable to redeem it successfully.

My son kindly gifted me a Groupon for the Dark Table, but I have severe claustrophobia and cannot handle dark or enclosed spaces. As a result, I am unable to visit the restaurant. I have responded to your inquiry about the unresolved issue I had with Groupon. Despite exchanging multiple emails and engaging in numerous live chat sessions, my problem remains unresolved. Groupon owes me £24.47 for four LCD drawing tablets, including delivery costs. After their last email offering me an additional £10 for the inconvenience of a delayed order from November, I have not received any further communication. I initially accepted the £10 offer, but to date, neither the refund nor the promised amount has been credited to my Groupon account or bank account. I feel disheartened as my efforts with Groupon's customer service have not yielded any progress, with repetitive responses and no resolution in sight.

I had a coupon for the Aloha Pearl Harbor tour company that I cancelled within the 24-hour window. I got an email from the company confirming the cancellation, and they assured me over the phone that they would refund me. A Groupon representative asked for a screenshot of the email, but I wasn't sure how to do that, so I forwarded it instead. However, I later received an email from the Groupon rep saying they didn't receive the screenshot. The ticket number is [redacted][redacted]6.

I have repeated my situation multiple times, as well as detailed the product I ordered. Despite engaging in live chat and sending several emails to Groupon, there has been no progress in resolving my issue. It seems neither Groupon nor the customer service team has taken effective action. If this continues, it will take until next Christmas to see any resolution. It feels like I am being taken advantage of by Groupon's suppliers, and the lack of response from both Groupon and the customer service team is disappointing. I have been let down by both parties, and I am disheartened that attempts to get a refund seem futile at this point.

Hello, I attempted to redeem a coupon for a trampoline but had issues with the website. My first order got canceled, and the second order took a long time to process. Thinking it would automatically cancel like the first, I placed a separate order at the venue. Following that, I tried to redeem the second trampoline voucher but encountered errors while purchasing a Lloyd Centre ice skating rink voucher. Despite my attempts, the website ended up ordering three ice skating vouchers instead of one and did not apply the trade-in discount. Navigating the site has been challenging today due to its unpredictability. I placed an order with the incorrect address. Despite my attempts to update the address, I encountered difficulties as the purchase was made through a third party. Following contact with Groupon support, they assured me they would forward the address change request to the third party. However, I have not yet received any communication from the third party regarding this matter. My efforts to independently reach out to them have also been unfruitful. Unfortunately, I was unable to rectify the address with FedEx directly. As a result, I have neither received the package nor obtained a refund. I am a loyal customer who frequently shops with Groupon, and this is my first such issue with them. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I may need to refrain from further purchases on this platform. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On Christmas Day, I purchased a Groupon for an oil change using synthetic oil from a business located on Dairy Ashford Avenue in Houston, Texas. The Groupon cost $29.95, which I paid for through PayPal. The Transaction ID is 9U[redacted]E[redacted], and the Invoice ID is 8584ed31-544f-49af-95db-c19c52d7eed6. However, after making the payment, I did not hear from Groupon or receive the Groupon itself. When I checked my Groupon account, it showed that I have no vouchers. I bought a Groupon for the Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm - 2 adult and 2 children passes. I hoped to visit during the holidays when my mum visits from England. The fine print states it can't be used during school holidays or on weekends after school resumes. With my kids back in full-time school from February and mum returning to England, the vouchers are now useless. Is it feasible to get a refund? Thanks, V. B.

I recently had a reservation at the Peppertree Inn in Beaverton, Oregon, for December 27-28. Unfortunately, my car broke down on the way, and I had to make other lodging arrangements for my family.
