I need assistance with exchanging my Groupon. The Groupon code is LG-VJ56-SNSG-YYFC-MG75 and it expires today. I have tried contacting the business, Just StringZ at the Hulan location, without success. The staff seemed understaffed, and their accents made communication difficult. I paid $89.00 for the Groupon and would like to exchange it for another service at a different business. I am not looking for a refund, just a simple exchange. Thank you, Lana S.

On December 6, [redacted], I made a reservation at the Inn At The Pier in Pismo Beach, providing my City Card number. I was assured a confirmation was on its way, but it never arrived. The following day, on December 7, [redacted], I tried again for a reservation, with the same promise of a forthcoming confirmation. Despite this, none arrived, leaving me surprised by two charges of $[redacted].69 on my City Card statement. I have never experienced being billed for reservations in this manner before. The purpose of using my credit card was to secure the room, not to make payments. I request the immediate removal of these charges from my credit card. I purchased a fresh Fraser tree from your website, but encountered a technical issue during checkout where I was charged twice without receiving a confirmation. After contacting customer service, I was informed I could return the extra tree for a refund. However, the refund was not processed to my original payment method. Despite receiving several apologetic emails, I have yet to receive my refund or have the issue resolved. I have reached out via email and phone multiple times but still have not seen any progress. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, as I have been a loyal customer for years.

I was charged twice for my National Geographic Encounter groupon on Sunday because my first card was declined. I'm confused why the charge was attempted again when I already used a different credit card for the purchase. Please promptly refund the $72.00 that was mistakenly charged to my American Express within 12 hours. If not resolved, I will have to file a chargeback with American Express tomorrow morning. I purchased a Groupon deal for chimney cleaning, but when I contacted them to schedule, I was surprised by an additional charge for my two-story home, increasing the total to $[redacted].00. Unfortunately, I can't afford this and tried to cancel, only to find out it was marked as used even though I haven't received any services. To make matters worse, I was double-charged. I bought a microdermabrasion facial deal at Shear Integrity through Groupon. I applied the $10 off code G6C9K from the email. Then, I used a Groupon gift card for payment. The total should have been $25, but I was charged $35. I would appreciate it if someone could refund the extra $10 to my credit card. I kindly request a confirmation of the credit as well. This is the second time a package shows as delivered but I have not received it. I updated my address on Groupon, but USPS sent a notification that the package was delivered to my previous address. Previously, the seller promised to send a replacement item, but I received a refund instead. This happened earlier today. Now, my second item shows as "delivered," but it went to my old address, despite Groupon showing the updated one.

I recently bought a certificate for Two Henrys Restaurant in the Pearl River, N.Y. Hilton Hotel but had trouble printing it. After speaking with Crista, the former Dining Room Manager, she assured me that she would leave my name at the desk for the reservation. However, when my daughter tried to book, she was asked for an order number. I gave this certificate to my children as a gift. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you in advance. I need assistance with a Groupon that is expiring on January 7th. The Groupon has been canceled by Groupon, and I have not redeemed it. I am unable to contact you, which is frustrating. I bought tickets to see the Motown Extreme show, and initially, they said there were tickets available. Later, I was informed that the show is fully booked, and they cannot accept the Groupon vouchers. I was in Las Vegas for a short time and couldn't secure tickets for any day. Since I won't be in Las Vegas next year and have no one to give the tickets to, I would prefer a refund. Thank you, Barbara.

I am having trouble accessing my account using my usual email and password. Consequently, I am unable to redeem my vouchers, some of which are close to expiration. My email is [redacted] I am unsure if my account has been compromised or if there is an issue with your system. I fear losing money due to this situation. Despite attempting to reset my password, the system claims it does not recognize my email, which I have used for years. This situation is frustrating.

Hello, I recently bought an afternoon tea voucher for Scrumptious Cafe in Sheffield. I scheduled it for 2 pm on January 18th. Yesterday, I arrived at the hotel after waiting for 45 minutes as there was no one at the front desk. Upon checking in and entering the room, I noticed a strong cigarette smell in the hallway and the walls were dirty and stained with roach bugs. The room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, had a broken phone, and the bed was unclean. Everything was in poor condition, forcing us to return the keys and find another hotel. The quality did not match the price paid, and I am seeking a refund. I have photos of the bugs in the room, which were not reflected accurately in the online pictures. I am considering leaving a negative review on Groupon and for the hotel due to difficulty in reaching Groupon for assistance.

I purchased 6 tickets for Disney On Ice celebrations. Unfortunately, the tickets expired before the intended dates. I was taken aback by this situation. If I hadn't checked the tickets in time to make arrangements and inform the parents about the pickup schedule, I would have arrived with a group of disappointed children. In order to prevent this from happening again, I had to buy new tickets directly from the Dunkin' Donuts Center. It's frustrating as I had bought the tickets through Groupon but now I can't use them. It's truly disheartening to experience this, especially when it was meant to be a Christmas gift.

I purchased tickets for Spa Castle. The voucher indicated I needed to wait 24 hours before using it, which I did, with plans for Christmas. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were denied entry as they don't accept Groupon vouchers on federal holidays. This policy was not communicated on the Groupon website. My wife and I are very disappointed. I am seeking a refund as we no longer wish to visit Spa Castle. Please respond to me.

My Groupon order #[redacted] was shipped on December 9, but I still haven't received it as of today, December 27. I have tried contacting Landmark, but they do not answer their phone. I would like the earrings to be resent to me via FedEx or another delivery service, not Apple Express. Apple Express does not leave orders at my door, and I've had to chase my order down in the past. I need assistance with returning a recently purchased refurbished laptop. Unfortunately, some keys are not functioning properly. The laptop is eligible for "Free Returns," although I am required to process the return using a computer rather than my phone.
