My mother and I purchased vouchers for a Statue of Liberty tour. I was planning to go on ***** but now I am seeing that supposedly I used the voucher on ****.**My mother and I never used it and I even have proof that we were at work and there was no way someone had our phone.**I demand someone answers for this. Either accept my voucher for the **rd or to refund my money. **I am absolutely livid right now and I better get an answer soon.
