I accidentally ordered 3 Fitbits instead of 2. I attempted to cancel the order for the black one via the app on my phone without success since my laptop is out of order. A week ago, I received the blue and black Fitbits, but the pink one did not arrive. Despite this, I see all 3 charges on my bank statement. I believe the pink Fitbit did not make it to my home as I have been there during delivery times and do not suspect theft. I kindly request a refund for the missing pink Fitbit.

I bought 3 Home Chef offers and sadly found out they are only for new customers. Despite contacting both Home Chef and Groupon beforehand, the offers were not honored for existing customers like me. Groupon's page did not specify this limitation. I cancelled the offers on the website and would appreciate a refund to my credit card. My order #1[redacted]88-[redacted] for a knee-length Hacci Cardigan was scheduled to arrive today, but upon tracking, it shows it was delivered on 12/6. I did not receive it as I was away on that date. I reside on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, and nothing was left at my door as confirmed by my roommate. There was no notification of delivery either. I have contacted FedEx, who used SurePost for delivery, but the package is still missing. It is concerning that a package was left unattended in an unsecure area. I appreciate any help in locating my order. Thank you.

I need help with my recent order from MintRx Pharmacy. After receiving a message stating my order was incomplete due to a missing code, I checked my email and found the barcode marked as redeemed. I bought a Groupon on May 5, [redacted], to transfer 10 video tapes to DVRs with Memories on Media. After sending the tapes and not hearing anything, I recently received the same box back since it was held up at the postal service for about six months. I wasn't able to use the Groupon deal as the tapes were not copied. Can the Groupon be reissued or can I get a special price for copying the tapes? I've been trying to reach you through email regarding issues with my recent purchases. Unfortunately, my emails seem not to have been delivered successfully. Hello, I placed an order with Blue Bonnet for food, and the courier notified me that the package was damaged. I informed Blue Bonnet about the issue and expressed my disappointment with the service. They mentioned they already sent a replacement order, but I wasn't able to choose the meals. Unfortunately, the second order never arrived. Today, I used a voucher I bought for eyelash extensions. The experience was terrible as the technician didn’t follow my specific request for my first time trying the process. It took twice as long as expected as the technician was new and struggled with understanding my needs, possibly due to a language barrier.

I purchased a Groupon deal for two small dog blankets from Printerpix. I have been trying to place an order for both blankets using the same Groupon code, but the system is only allowing me to redeem one. I have been attempting to contact Printerpix via email and phone for a week now, but have not received any response. I really need these blankets for Christmas and the lack of customer service is frustrating. It's crucial to speak with a representative directly, or I will be very disappointed if the items do not arrive on time.

I recently bought a Groupon for a larger dog grooming service at Ruby Clippers. Even though my dog is smaller, I paid $20 for a $40 service, but the full service costs $50. I tried to negotiate with the staff to pay the difference for the full service, but they flatly refused. The groomer was rude, raised his voice at me, returned my dog, and asked me to leave, stating he didn't need my money. I'm requesting a refund since I only received partial service. I'm a 67-year-old man and believe in mutual respect. If a refund isn't possible, I ask that the money goes to a charity instead of the vendor. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon for my son from Western Cleaners as a gift on Nov. 3, [redacted] for $49. I printed the voucher for him to redeem in the future. However, when I checked my Groupons today, it showed as redeemed on Nov. 19, [redacted]. My son insists he hasn't used the voucher yet and still has it. I purchased a perfume for my mother. The product details indicated it was brand new. Unfortunately, when she received it, the perfume was not in a sealed box as expected. The lid was detached and placed at the bottom of the box, and the scent was off. Despite using this scent for years, the liquid in the bottle differed from what it should be. I bought vouchers for a Statue of Liberty tour with my mother. We planned to go on December 23rd, but it shows that the voucher was used on December 6th, which is not true. We have evidence that we were at work with our phones, so it's impossible someone else used it. I need this sorted out. Either honor the voucher for the 23rd or refund my payment. This situation has me really upset, and I expect a prompt resolution.

I recently purchased a membership from Sam's Club, but I encountered issues during the process. I was charged twice for the same item and received two codes which were both unsuccessful upon redemption. I have not been able to access my membership but $90 has been deducted from my account. I am requesting a full refund for this transaction. The second code has not been redeemed yet, and I would like an immediate refund for it as well. I recently purchased three adult tickets for Newport Landing's Boat Parade on Sunday, December 15th at 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, there wasn't an option on the online form to specify the time slot. I have been a Groupon customer for over 6 years. When I first started buying Groupon vouchers, I could easily reach a live representative for any concerns. However, this year the service has been disastrous. I have spent 4 hours in the last day trying to contact someone about my recent order. I received the wrong item and cannot find a phone number for a refund, only an email address. The decline in service has made me lose faith in Groupon, which I used to fully trust. I recently placed an order for Christmas gifts using my work email at [redacted] However, during checkout, the system did not accept two promo codes that I had applied. One of the codes was for a $10 discount for new customers and the other was a 25% off promotion for today. Despite trying to cancel the entire order, I was only successful in cancelling one item from Leatherbys. I prefer to cancel the whole order unless the promo codes can be properly applied. Hello! I bought 2 Groupons for Christmas cards from Staples, which should give me [redacted] cards for $28. However, when I enter my voucher number, I'm not getting the full deal price.
