Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-eolmedo's own words
The Groupon I purchased was for IV treatments nowhere did it specify for how long and now I am being charged an additional $*** to actually complete the procedure that I purchased through Groupon. Nowhere in the FinePrint did it state that the amount that I am purchasing through Groupon was for only a certain amount of time and now I’m being told that I need an additional time which is where the additional cost is coming from
GetHuman-eolmedo did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
