I purchased two Groupons last night, my first experience with Groupon. I realized the users must be at least 12 years old, and my grandchildren won't be 12 before these expire. I read that I can get a refund within 24 hours of purchase but I haven't found where to request it on the website. I also couldn't reach an agent over the phone as the recording directs me back to the website. Can someone please help me with this issue? My name is Pamela Diodato. Thank you for your assistance.

This morning, I attempted to buy a groupon for computer repair, but it is still showing as processing. I used the code "Birthday" during the purchase. When the transaction failed, I tried to cancel it without success. I then attempted to buy the same groupon with the "birthday" code again, but it indicates that the code has already been used. I am looking to purchase the computer repair service for the discounted price of $40, which is the sale price of $50 minus the $10 birthday reward.

I tried to redeem my voucher at Great Lengths Salon by following the directions provided on the Groupon app. Unfortunately, I ended up at the wrong location. I contacted the salon and left a message, and Becky returned my call at 3:15 pm. She mentioned that I was the second person who had followed the incorrect link for directions from the Groupon app. Becky expressed her inability to reschedule. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon for VE Medspa. Upon contacting them to make an appointment, I was informed that I had previously visited their establishment. They initially confirmed the appointment but upon arriving, they declined to provide the service as it was my second time using a Groupon voucher. I offered to pay for the service, but they insisted on a refund and full payment. It was disappointing that they did not inform me of this policy earlier. I was unsure if I had visited before and this experience was quite upsetting for me. I'm kindly requesting a refund as I have already purchased another Groupon. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with DRIFT BAR & RESTAURANT. Recently, my husband and I tried to redeem our voucher there, but the owner insisted we needed to go through Groupon to use it. He mentioned it's a busy time for the restaurant and they are not accepting vouchers during peak times. I was double charged by Groupon for the same zoo tickets. Initially, my credit card approval issue led to a canceled transaction when I tried to buy tickets. Upon retrying, both transactions got approved. I only wanted two adult tickets and six children tickets. Kindly refund only two adult tickets. I made a reservation at the Allston Studio Hotel in Allston, near Boston. After receiving duplicate emails and being charged twice on Groupon, I had two separate bookings with different order numbers. I managed to cancel one of the reservations and was refunded for it. However, upon arrival at the hotel, they only found the canceled reservation and not the one I intended to keep. Yet, Groupon has not refunded me the $[redacted] for the room that was canceled at the hotel. As a result, I had to secure and pay for a new room. I seek the reimbursement of the $[redacted] from Groupon due to this administrative error, as the room was never actually reserved for me.

I purchased an eyelash extension voucher from Groupon for a local business and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The technician shared unsettling personal information and I ended up with swollen eyes and severe discomfort. This caused a dangerous situation while driving due to my eyelashes sticking together. I have sought medical help for pink eye and the pain is unbearable. Despite having had eyelash extensions for years, this was my worst experience. I am disappointed in Groupon for allowing this and I hope they will refund me for the distress and inconvenience. Starting a new job soon, I wanted to feel confident and beautiful, but this experience has been a nightmare.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a month now, but no one has answered my calls during business hours. I even left a message, but there was no reply. I bought this as a birthday gift for myself last month and haven't been able to use it. With the holidays coming up, and travel plans, it doesn't look like I'll be able to use it before it expires soon. I tried calling again today on 12/7/[redacted], still no luck. Due to the lack of communication, I'm considering not doing business with them anymore.

I tried to purchase heart earrings on the 5th, but the payment of $2.90 did not get authorized. On the 6th, I reordered the same earrings, and this time the payment went through successfully. However, the initial transaction from the 5th is still pending authorization. I should have canceled the first attempt properly, but I did not. I only want one order of the silver heart earrings, the one that was successfully authorized for $2.90 on the 6th.

I ordered an 8 oz steak meal for two and a bottle of wine at The Chartwell Arms in Leicester, totaling £21.50. There was an accidental duplicate charge, resulting in a refund to my bank account, but the original amount was still charged as well. Upon contacting The Chartwell Arms, I was informed they no longer collaborate with Groupn and have voided all pending orders. Therefore, I am now requesting a refund of the duplicate £21.50 charge.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. Yesterday, I bought some coupons from Pampers The Spa in Edmonton for eyelash and eyebrow appointments. When I tried to book using these coupons, they mentioned they couldn't honor them since I had purchased coupons from them around a year to a year and a half ago. I made two separate purchases for personalized sherpa blankets, each costing $16, totaling $32 on one order. Only one code, "grsherpa1NK5," was provided by Groupon, which can only be used for one blanket on the Gifts for You Now website. I called and was informed that I need a code containing #2 instead of #1 to apply the discount to both blankets. As a result, I have not proceeded with the order. I would like a refund for Order #[redacted]. We attempted to purchase two vouchers through Groupon, but only one transaction was successful. Despite speaking with four customer service representatives, we were not offered any solutions or guidance. They simply instructed us to be patient while it processed, leaving us frustrated after three hours. Our goal was to book a pirate dinner cruise, but due to the poor service, we opted to pay extra and book directly with the cruise company. This experience has deterred me from using Groupon in the future. It is disappointing when a customer chooses to spend more for better service. I am concerned about the process of obtaining this refund.

I made a reservation at the Sheraton Manhattan Midtown West under my boyfriend's name, but I used my friend's credit card to pay. I have the cash to reimburse her. I recently purchased a dog bed, and then just four days later, I ordered another one from the same company. I reached out to inquire about returning the second bed for a refund, but they directed me to contact my bank instead. Frustrated, I decided to open the second bed despite my initial intention to return it. To my disappointment, it is the worst XL dog bed I have ever purchased—it is thin and not at all like the picture advertised. I am seeking assistance on how to get my $65 refunded. I have already reached out to you, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. I am requesting a refund from Groupon for a voucher that is unusable at Nicos salon due to my girlfriend having visited them for a haircut a year ago. I believe this situation warrants a refund, or else I will have to delete my account and leave a negative review detailing my experience with Nicos salon and Groupon's handling of the matter. I purchased a Groupon deal for moving services. Despite multiple attempts, I finally managed to reach the movers. They instructed me to send a screenshot of the Groupon to another number to schedule the move. After a few days, I received a text confirming the date and time. However, on the scheduled day, the movers did not arrive. Upon calling, they promised to come the next night, but once again, they were a no-show. Currently, their voicemail assures a callback within an hour, but after leaving four messages this morning, there has been no response. I urgently need to move this week and was relying on their services.

I encountered an issue when buying a Groupon on my phone, so I tried using the desktop at defy gravity. However, it ended up processing the purchase through someone else's Groupon account.
