Good morning, I am requesting a refund for the voucher code mentioned above. I have been trying to contact the service provider without success last week and this week. I finally reached them via text message, and after a call, the lady said she would get back to me at 3 o’clock but never did. I need to use this voucher for waxing today as it will soon expire. I am no longer interested in going to the salon due to the difficulty in contacting them and the lady's unhelpful tone. It would be appreciated if the refund could be processed to my new credit card used for Groupon. Thank you, Kamla Heerooa

Regarding order #[redacted] for the Carnigan Hello, my name is Sonya, and I have been trying to get a refund for the Carnigan I purchased. I found the item to be different from the picture advertised on Groupon, too tight, and not of the quality I expected. I contacted Groupon the same day I received it to request a return label, but they directed me to the merchant for the refund. The merchant informed me I didn't need to return the item and asked for a 5-star rating for the refund. After expressing that my rating would be honest, I was then asked to destroy the item and provide a picture as proof. Despite uploading a picture, the merchant claimed not to have received it. Feeling doubtful, I sent another email with a new picture of the Carnigan. I last heard from Groupon three days ago, informing me that they are working on the issue. I am open to returning the item for a refund.

I bought a voucher on your website on November 9th and paid directly through PayPal. When I tried to redeem it on the site, the bar at the top of the screen, where you usually touch to see the codes waiting to be redeemed, has been blank for the past two days. This issue is preventing me from receiving the voucher to redeem. I tried live chatting with a lady who provided me with a link, but when I clicked on it, it said the page is no longer available. This situation is becoming very frustrating. The voucher was for 2 meals at Café Rouge worth £23. I'm unable to use phones as I am deaf. Thank you.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for two 20" Metal Circle Monograms with a name, but I am facing difficulties with the vendor's website. Hello, I am Jamie Polityka. I bought a Groupon for a 50-minute couples massage a while ago. The spa informed me later that they were experiencing issues and couldn't schedule massages. I made an order (#[redacted]) on November 8th for HiFuture-Tidy Buds with the expectation of a two-day delivery, but it has not arrived yet. The tracking indicates it is still in Arizona. I could have received it quicker from Amazon. I signed up for Groupon Select, thinking it would be beneficial, but I have canceled it now. I believe I deserve a refund as the order did not arrive as promised within two days. I have been a loyal customer, making many purchases for myself and the company I work for. I accidentally signed up for Groupon Select while trying to use a voucher, leading to being charged $4.99 monthly. I called right away to cancel but still got charged. I purchased a Groupon deal for Picture People Studio for 20 same-day holiday cards. Unfortunately, upon visiting, my Groupon voucher did not work, resulting in a frustrating experience as the staff couldn't resolve the issue. Despite being charged for the voucher, I left without the holiday cards due to the technical difficulties. I had to return the next day with my babies to collect them as instructed. Dealing with Groupon's customer service has also been challenging. I hope to receive an apology and resolve this issue promptly.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Picture People in Studio ** for same-day holiday cards. However, when I tried to use the voucher, it did not work, and I spent a long time at the studio with my babies trying to resolve the issue. The employee there was unable to figure out why the voucher was not working and mentioned that it might be an internal problem with Groupon. Despite being charged for the voucher, I was unable to get my holiday cards on the same day as promised. I had to return the next day with my children, only to be told that the voucher code still wasn't working. I expect an apology for the inconvenience caused, especially since it was difficult to find someone at Groupon to assist me with this problem.

Good morning, I sent an email to Groupon regarding my recent purchase of a YOKI Women's Mid Length Hooded Puffy Coat in XL White. The coat arrived with two pink stains on the shoulders, and I am looking to exchange it for a new one. Unfortunately, the XL size is no longer in stock. Hi, my name is Malika. I have a Groupon for a hair cut at DNA Hair Salon that expires on November 25th. I have tried calling multiple times this week but only reached an answering machine. Despite leaving my contact information and explaining that I needed to redeem my voucher before it expires, I never received a callback. I visited the salon this morning during their scheduled hours, but it was closed. After contacting Dash, who I assume manages the salon, I was told that I may only be able to reach someone after Tuesday, which is the 26th of November. I purchased a massage gift for a friend and myself from the same place. Unfortunately, my friend had a terrible experience, with the massage therapist insisting on additional treatments for her back, resulting in bruises, extreme pain, and a crooked back. Despite promises to make it right, we faced issues with the doctor not being present when she returned. Subsequent discussions with the owner led to a heated argument between the doctor and the owner, leaving my friend feeling scared and eventually leaving without any resolution. We are considering legal action to seek a refund for the services and remove this establishment from your site due to safety concerns. Thank you.

I appreciate your concern. As a recipient of social security benefits, every penny counts for me. My grandson used my credit card to buy a Groupon without my knowledge of its cost. When our car broke down in California, the Flamingo Hotel couldn't assist with changes or help in any way. Groupon suggested contacting the hotel, which was unhelpful. Arriving in Las Vegas a day late, the hotel counter couldn't resolve the issue. I ended up using my daughter's Wyndham points for two free nights and was charged an extra $90. I never got to use the Groupon and Flamingo mentioned that Groupon owes me at least half. Feeling like I've been taken advantage of in this situation. Marie Jeannette Jaramillo.

I am dissatisfied with my recent experience using a Groupon for a 90-minute massage. I had requested a full-body deep tissue massage, but only received 45 minutes of attention to my back and another 30 minutes of a general rub-down, which was not what I expected. In the past, I have had a more thorough and energizing deep tissue massage at a different local establishment for 60 minutes. Additionally, the massage room was uncomfortably cold with no heat, leaving me feeling unhappy during the session. The language barrier with the massage therapist, who had difficulty with English, made it challenging to communicate my preferences.

I bought a coupon for an excursion in August but missed using it due to not receiving it. Despite providing an incorrect email, I reached out by phone on the scheduled day while on a cruise in Alaska. I shared my correct contact details but did not receive a callback despite the urgency. On September 4 at 10:30 PM, I got an email addressing the confusion with my email and inquiring about the resolution. As the tour was on September 2, I had to spend $[redacted] for another tour in Ketchikan. The Groupon representative could have resolved this during our September 2 conversation, where I shared my phone number, but they only responded after the tour date had passed.

On November 24, [redacted], I bought four Groupons for San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing Tours. However, upon arrival at 3:30 pm, the site was closed, and the buses weren't operating. Despite trying to contact the provided Groupon number and the number outside the building, I could not reach anyone for assistance. I am unable to use the tickets as I am not planning to return to San Francisco soon. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].00 for the purchase of the 2 adult tickets at $35 each and 2 children tickets at $20 each. Three tickets have already been labeled as redeemed since a Big Bus B associate mistakenly redeemed them when we were at the wrong location.

Hello, I made a purchase on October 24th and have been trying to return some items since then. Every time I visit the website to initiate the return, it displays an error message saying they are experiencing technical issues or are busy. Despite my attempts at different times of the day, the problem persists. After talking to a representative via live chat, I was assured the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. However, I am still unable to generate a return label as instructed. The items I need to return are the Spire by Galaxy Men’s Heavyweight Jacket with Detachable Hood (2 out of 3 jackets delivered) and the Hannah Triple Layered [redacted]"x84" Blackout Curtain Panel in the incorrect color (4 pack).
