I recently purchased a spa day voucher that expires on 30/11/[redacted] but couldn't book it by the deadline of 31/10/[redacted] due to health reasons. The Manor House Hotel declined my booking and advised me to reach out to you directly. I am facing challenges with my mental health and will have an appointment with the Crisis Team Liaison Psychiatry soon. I had a terrible experience with customer service today. I left work early, drove 45 minutes to my appointment, only to be told upon arrival that my doctor was called into surgery. I was never informed of this change. I was then offered to wait for another doctor, which I did for an additional 45 minutes. When I asked for an update, the receptionist seemed unaware of my situation. Eventually, the office manager confirmed there was no doctor available and I would need to reschedule. I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication and service, but received no real response. I will not be returning to this facility for any future appointments.

I have been attempting to use the Image to Glass Groupon, but I am encountering issues uploading my photo. Despite clicking on "voucher redeemed," the process does not proceed. I have multiple Groupons that I would like reinstated, especially the one mistakenly marked as redeemed. Furthermore, I have concerns about the Reader's Digest Groupon, as it required an additional fee, was for only 10 issues, and enrolled me in an automatic renewal without prior notice. Regarding the Image to Glass Groupon, if immediate assistance is not available, I kindly request an extension of the order date until December 15, as I will be away from home for a few weeks starting tomorrow. I noticed a charge of $[redacted] on 8/11 on my account ending in [redacted]. A few days earlier, on 8/9, I visited King’s Spa in NJ with friends and inquired about discounts. A receptionist suggested buying tickets online through the www.groupon.com website for a discount. However, when I tried purchasing two tickets which offered a bigger discount, the transaction didn't go through despite several attempts. Eventually, I managed to buy a single ticket for $33. Upon checking my Barclay credit card account, I initially only saw two $33 charges, but then on 9/11, a new charge of $[redacted] appeared. After contacting Barclay's customer service, they credited $[redacted] but then reapplied the charge on 9/6/[redacted]. Due to a family medical emergency, I was away and only addressed this on 11/3. Barclay directed me to the merchant, King Spa NJ, who in turn advised me to contact Groupon. The malfunction of the ticket purchase system suggests that the error was not mine. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service team at Groupon but have not been able to. I recently placed an order for a Picaboo Photo book with order #[redacted]; however, the voucher has expired. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep track of the expiration dates, but I typically receive reminders for expiring vouchers, which I did not receive in this instance. I kindly request the possibility of exchanging this voucher considering my long history as a loyal customer with numerous purchases. I would appreciate another chance to use this voucher or receive Groupon credits. Thank you for your consideration.

I bought a Groupon, but when I opened it, I realized it can only be used in Illinois, not in Grand Rapids, MI where I live. This has happened before and it's frustrating. I didn't notice the restriction when I made the purchase. On 11/11/19, I bought a Fiesta Miami Cruise as a gift for my daughter. She wasn't interested and asked for a refund. Instead, I opted to exchange it for another item but encountered an issue during checkout. The $20.25 from the original cruise and student discount were not applied. Now, I am being charged over $50 for a massage I tried to buy with the trade credit. I am unable to find assistance or a way to cancel this new purchase.

Yesterday, I tried to buy two tickets for the Raptors game using my work email [redacted] After waiting for processing, I got an email saying the order didn't go through. When I tried to log in again, it said my email wasn't recognized. Then, I tried using my personal email [redacted] and got the same result. I'm concerned that my credit card may have been charged even though the purchase didn't go through. Can someone please help me resolve this issue quickly? My friend has already bought their ticket, so I need to book mine as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello! I bought a Groupon deal for Universal Studios at the park entrance and encountered payment issues. After contacting Groupon support, I was informed the ticket option was no longer available and reassured I wouldn't be charged. However, I later received notification of being charged after the park had closed. I attempted a refund but faced an error saying the tickets are non-refundable. Since I was told I wouldn't be charged, I kindly request a refund for the tickets. Moreover, I wish to opt out of the rewards/membership program due to being charged $5 monthly for 6 months without realizing I would be locked in, and I won't be able to use Groupon for the next 6 months as I'll be out of the country. I am seeking assistance with obtaining a refund for a purchase I made regarding Cory Yoga. I have tried to initiate the refund process within the three-day policy timeframe but have not received a response. I had a reservation for a Cornucopia Cruise scheduled for Friday, 11/8/19, which I paid for in advance. On 11/6/19 around 2:30pm, the cruise line contacted me to cancel due to low bookings. They refunded the $40 in full since it was beyond my control. Although they offered to reschedule, I couldn't accommodate due to work and childcare constraints before the voucher expired on 11/15/19. The agent advised me to reach out to Groupon for a refund using Voucher # [redacted]7 and Groupon code LG-ZV4T-CSJT-K4ML-GY3K. I've been attempting to contact them with no success. I recently visited the Flour Shoppe Cafe on Merrick Rd in Massapequa. I encountered an issue when the cashier redeemed my voucher before I could place my order, only to find out they were out of burgers. Despite trying multiple times to solve this problem, I received no response until I contacted the owner via email. The owner assured me he could quickly resolve the issue but, unfortunately, I have not received my refund yet. I no longer wish to receive a new voucher and would like to be reimbursed to my credit card. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and service from this establishment. Recently, my wife purchased a Global GMBH item with [redacted] tea lights as an early Christmas gift for her ailing father-in-law who frequents Oxford for medical treatments. Unfortunately, the item arrived severely damaged beyond repair, prompting us to discard it, salvaging only the tea lights. As regular patrons, we were deeply disappointed by this rare mishap. I have been trying to return the Sonicare toothbrushes I purchased as they do not fit my toothbrush. I recently booked a Great Wolf Lodge Groupon in Massachusetts. Unfortunately, during our stay, a member of my party fell very ill after eating at the lodge grill and had to be taken to the emergency room. The front desk was unable to assist, directing me to contact Groupon instead. I feel it is unjust to be charged for a service we couldn't enjoy due to the circumstances. This is the first time I've encountered an issue with Groupon, and my attempts to address it through an online chat were unproductive. The lack of empathy and the suggestion to pay for a service to speak with someone were disheartening. The food poisoning was unfortunate, but the handling of the situation by customer service was very disappointing.

It was challenging for me to reach the office that accepts my Groupon voucher, and it took time to schedule an appointment. Following a consultation, they informed me that I am not eligible for laser hair removal due to a past skin cancer history. I have been attempting to contact your customer service team, but the "contact us" link has not been responsive. A friend recommended this platform, giving me hope of receiving a refund since the vendor could not provide me with the service. I faced difficulties accessing your support as I am not very comfortable with computers. I am writing to request a refund considering the delays in booking my appointment and the subsequent denial of service.

Yesterday, I placed an order for MB2 Virtual Reality in Sylmar, CA for my grandson. However, today when I checked my Groupon account, I was surprised to see unauthorized purchases. Groupon showed that I had bought 6 pairs of socks for $35.98 and hair products for $59.98, which I did not order. I want these items canceled immediately. I will contact my bank to stop any payment for these unauthorized purchases. I am reaching out for your help in resolving this issue as the Groupon support was unhelpful. Please assist in canceling the unwanted orders for socks and hair products, while keeping the MB2 purchase as intended. Thank you.

I purchased 5 Groupon vouchers for Boost Trampoline in Northampton. The vouchers indicated that 1 ticket was booked and the other 4 needed to be booked separately. When I tried to book the remaining 4 tickets, the system automatically showed me as "booked" for November 17th at 3pm. After contacting Boost directly, they mentioned they only had 1 booking in their system and advised me to reach out to Groupon. However, I couldn't find a contact number. When I spoke to Live Chat yesterday, they assured me I was "booked" as well. Now, I have to arrive earlier and pay Boost £50.00 directly because the 3pm slot is full. I wasn't able to use the 1 booked voucher and add the other 4 due to all slots being occupied. This is the second issue I've faced with Groupon this week. Please advise me on how to proceed as I've incurred losses due to Groupon's error. Thank you. - Ivana W

I purchased a local Groupon on 16/11/19 for the Yorkshire Picnic & Glass of Prosecco Afternoon Tea deal for two at the Yorkshire Bar & Grill at the DoubleTree by Hilton in York for Sunday, 24/11/19 at 3:45 pm. This is my first time using your service, and I believe I may have entered my email address incorrectly because I have not received any confirmation after the successful purchase. I bought a Groupon for Botox at Rocky River Spa and later purchased another Groupon deal. However, when I went back for my Botox treatment, it didn't work well, and the doctor wanted to charge me more. Even though I showed him the second Groupon offer from Groupon, he initially refused to honor it, but later agreed to use it before it expired. When I tried to schedule the appointment, I faced delays and was eventually informed the offer would not be honored. After contacting Groupon, they offered me a trade-in option, which I found unsatisfactory due to the limited time before expiration. As I explored using the deal at Radiant Divine in Avon, they refused to honor the Groupon, even though their website indicated it should have been eligible. They only offered me $[redacted] in credit when I initially paid $[redacted]. I believe I have been treated unfairly by both businesses and hope to resolve this matter.
