I bought a kids' bike in September for my son's birthday. When he opened it at the end of September, we built it and pumped the tires, which we assumed were flat due to packaging. However, the back wheel keeps deflating. We bought a new inner tube, but it still goes down. It seems we have a faulty bike. Additionally, we noticed scratches on the frame upon arrival, and the chain guard was also snapped. While we overlooked these issues initially, we cannot ignore the persistent problem with the wheel, despite our attempts to fix it ourselves.

I ordered the kids' pink iPad for playtime, but my account still shows it's in transit even though I've received it. Unfortunately, the product is of poor quality and doesn't work properly. I'm frustrated that I might not be able to return it due to this mistake on my account. I accidentally purchased two all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet passes with unlimited beverage for 2 at Spice Market Buffet in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. I only intended to buy one pass for $42.99. I used one pass on November 9 at 11:30 am but would like a refund for the extra pass. Thank you.

Upon arriving at 16.30, I found that the reception was closed, causing a bit of a delay for check-in. Despite trying to get assistance using the available buttons, unfortunately, no one came to help. After trying multiple numbers, only the branch in Brugge was able to assist me. When we were eventually given keys by a staff member from the restaurant, we found that the room allocated was not suitable for us. Regrettably, there were no alternative rooms available, leading us to find accommodation elsewhere. As a result, I kindly request either a refund or a voucher for the booking. Thank you, Shirley

Hello, Groupon, I made an error with the house number on my order. Instead of ordering for 21 Hagen Drive, Berwick, I mistakenly put house number 1. The package was returned to the sender as my neighbor from number 1 did not accept the delivery. Is there a way to still receive my order? Good morning GroupOn, I purchased a dinner from The Wanderer Melbourne and booked a table for 5:30 pm on November 9th. When I arrived, I discovered there was an engagement party scheduled for the whole evening. I tried calling the restaurant, but their phone was busy and later switched off. While browsing Groupon for future getaway options, my husband unintentionally purchased a trip to Europe with his credit card last night. I contacted you recently about an issue with Shawarma King on Dorr St. in Toledo, OH, not honoring Groupon vouchers. I am unsure if this has been resolved. However, my main concern now is regarding Groupon's website, which is not functioning properly. I am unable to print any vouchers as the website keeps showing an error message. Some of my vouchers, including those for Shawarma King, are expiring soon. I urgently need Groupon to send all my vouchers via email so I can print them. Otherwise, I will lose these deals. I ordered six bottles of wine on a special deal through Groupon on a specific date, redeemed the voucher on another date, and received order number ********** costing $**. I contacted customer service a day later to ensure everything was in order, and they confirmed shipment would follow soon. To my dismay, I have not received any information about my order. Upon reaching out to the wine company directly, they had no record of my order and directed me back to Groupon. My credit card has been charged for the purchase. I am seeking assistance with obtaining a refund for two unused Groupons I purchased for Total Med Solutions. The Groupons were bought on Sept 17, [redacted] with the following details: #1[redacted]47-[redacted] for laser hair removal in Plano: six sessions on one small area. I went for a spot test on Nov. 5 due to skin sensitivity and sun allergies. However, I have fibromyalgia and experienced significant pain following the test. I purchased a Groupon for five classes at Mindful Wellness [redacted] on August 20, [redacted]. Upon contacting the owner this week to schedule my first class, I was informed that my Groupon had expired in June and the owner no longer teaches at that location. This is deeply disappointing considering the expiration date listed on my Groupon is November 18, [redacted]. I am a loyal customer who frequently purchases Groupons, and I feel utterly frustrated and deceived by this situation. The owner mentioned having a contract with Groupon for only three months, causing all Groupons to expire in June [redacted]. However, it's perplexing why this deal was still being promoted in August [redacted]. I am seeking a refund as I believe I am not at fault here.

Hello, I've noticed in My Stuff on Groupon that there are items reordered without my request. Please make sure not to ship these items as I did not order them again. I've requested a refund for a recent accidental order at a seafood restaurant, which I was notified about via email that it is being processed. Besides that, I've placed a new order today as a gift for my daughter at Palomar Dance Studio. Kindly be aware that any other items showing as reordered should not be shipped out as these are old transactions that I've already purchased and received. I haven't placed those orders again. A few years ago, I purchased a $[redacted] Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments at Light RX Face & Body in Baltimore. During my consultation, I was upsold to purchase 8 to 10 treatments for a larger area. After completing my treatments, I encountered issues with scheduling and cancellations. Despite my efforts to redeem the value of my Groupon, I was met with unhelpful responses and lack of customer service. When I requested a refund, I was told to seek reimbursement from Groupon. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from Light RX. Hello, I am Linda C. I had purchased a Groupon a few months back for a massage for my husband. I made an appointment for the massage. When we arrived at the appointment about a month ago, we were informed that the business was no longer accepting Groupon vouchers due to Groupon canceling their account without notifying us. Despite the inconvenience of traveling to the location, we were not offered a massage. After checking the Groupon website, I discovered the company was no longer affiliated with Groupon. I requested a refund, but they only wanted to credit me with Groupon bucks for another purchase. I applied this credit to a different massage but later found out that the new place, Jos Natural Beauty in Ottawa, only offers massages for women, not men. This discrepancy was mentioned in the fine print of the voucher, which I overlooked. I am frustrated and wondering if a full refund is possible as I never intended to use it for myself. My experience with Groupon has typically been positive, but this recent issue has left me dissatisfied.

I have not received the four items I purchased on Groupon. Despite the tracking information showing they were out for delivery on October 6, the items never arrived. I contacted FedEx Ground shipping, but they were unable to locate my package. I no longer require the products and would like a refund. I was not anticipating such a long delivery time, as it has been almost two weeks since I placed the order, even though it was supposed to arrive within 7 days. My order number is #[redacted], and it includes four items in total.

I am writing to address the issue I encountered with my recent order. Unfortunately, despite considering the purchase and wanting to consult my husband, Groupon already had an outdated credit card on file from a transaction 18 months ago. I am frustrated as I typically choose my payment method for online orders and was not given the opportunity this time. My daughters recommended Groupon, but my experience has been disappointing. I check daily for the $50 refund, which has not been processed. I question the security of keeping a credit card on file for over a year and wish to discuss this matter with a responsible person at Groupon. I recently purchased a Groupon for JC Penny Portrait Studio and had a disappointing experience. Despite arriving on time for our photo shoot, we were told they were running 45 minutes behind schedule and asked to return later. When I checked back, they had only completed 2 out of 4 shoots ahead of us, leading to further delays. I ultimately had to cancel the appointment due to the unprofessionalism. I hope that Groupon can refund me so I can make use of the Shutterfly deal and book with a different photographer before my daughter's upcoming medical procedure. Thank you for your assistance. - S.
