I got my son to help me try again on * Oct. ** and succeeded this time. When I received my bank statement, I have been charged twice. Once on each date, yet we only had one tea for *. (Which was very good). I would appreciate a refund of £**.** for the one overcharged please

I have rung and explained to a live person, who advised me to send a copy of my bank statement, which I have done. I will not know that this has been resolved until I get my bank statement next month, unless I get a text to say it has been done.
