Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-ericfelt's own words
I purchased the Skyline Balloons Groupon package and under the instructions it says to call and make an appointment and to let them know you purchased the Groupon. When I called the place and told them I had the Groupon the guy on the phone (Dee) told me that if I purchase the Groupon my schedule would have to be flexible and that I would not be able to pick a specific date I wanted to fly. I work during the week and I bought this as a birthday gift, so I needed to pick my specific date to fly. He then told me if I want to pick my date to cancel my Groupon and then just pay an extra $** and I could pick whatever day. So I told him I’d do that and i picked my date, but when I went to cancel the Groupon it would not allow me to. This was my first time purchasing something from Groupon so I was not aware of the rules of cancelation, and now I am stuck paying for the same event * times, which I absolutely do not need*want. I would really appreciate a refund this one time only because I am first time user of Groupon. If it was a small purchase I wouldn’t even bother typing out this email, but the fact the package was so expensive a refund would be much appreciated. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to receive this request!*Thank you,*Eric F
