Hello, I made two online orders on October 21, [redacted], from Groupon Goods Global GmbH. The orders were for 1 Anti-Theft-Pom Backpack in Black and a set of Grey Luggage Organizer Bags. During checkout, Groupon automatically changed my delivery address to an incorrect one. I have tried to rectify this issue, but the system keeps reverting back to the incorrect address, missing a house number which could prevent the delivery from reaching me. I kindly request your assistance in promptly updating the delivery address before the items are dispatched. The current address on the order is: Amalia Paraskevas Chichester Place Chesham Road Brighton BN2 1FL I need the address changed to: 3 Chichester Close Chesham Road Brighton BN2 1FL. My mother purchased two vouchers for the Nirvana Wellness and Yoga Center, specifically for Pilates classes. However, upon contacting the center, we were informed they do not offer Pilates classes at the moment but are working on adding them. Unfortunately, my mother was involved in a serious accident and required immediate surgery, leading to a lengthy recovery process. As a result, our vouchers, purchased through Groupon, are set to expire in October, and we will be unable to utilize them due to the circumstances. Hello, I recently bought two Groupon vouchers for a Maine duck tour - one for two adult tickets and another for one child ticket. Despite scheduling the tour for October 10th and providing the voucher numbers, it was canceled due to high winds after I had made arrangements. I've been trying to reach them multiple times without success as my Groupon expires on the 23rd. Hello, I have been unwell due to a stroke but I am now recovering and able to communicate again. Unfortunately, while I was ill, many Groupons I bought have expired. I left the hospital on July 4th and could not reach out. Due to my brain damage, I am requesting credit for the expired Groupons. In August [redacted], I noticed a $60 charge from Groupon in my bank account, which confused me since I hadn't used Groupon since July. After reporting it to my bank as fraud, they refunded the money. I thought the matter was resolved until my bank recently contacted me to say the issue was ongoing and deducted the $60, claiming the problem was on my end. Despite never making this purchase, my Groupon account shows a purchase for a wine tasting for 8 people, which I would not use as my wife had just given birth and I don't drink. I'm frustrated about losing $60 that I didn't spend, especially since it's crucial for my family expenses. I hesitated to contact Groupon directly due to my bank's investigation. This situation has made me hesitant to use Groupon again, even though I used to enjoy the site. I purchased two Groupons for Memories on Media to transfer VHS and Super 8 to DVD. It's been around six months, and despite following up, I am still waiting for the DVDs. The gentleman mentioned being backlogged, but it has been three months since then with no progress. These tapes hold precious memories of my kids and deceased grandparents. I am feeling extremely anxious about this situation. I would like Groupon to assist in expediting the return of my tapes, even if they are not yet converted. I also noticed that my Groupons have been deleted from my account. Please help me get my tapes back promptly. Your immediate response is greatly appreciated.

I recently purchased a double hammock from a seller on Groupon. Unfortunately, the product I received was not as described. I contacted customer service, and they promptly issued me a refund without any hassle. However, I am disappointed that the company misrepresented their product. If this continues, I may have to reconsider shopping on Groupon in the future. It's frustrating not being able to easily reach a representative to address issues like this. I recently purchased a Bellafill coupon from Cool Springs Laser, Aesthetic and Skincare Center in Franklin, TN, using Groupon number LG-LMRV-YF3W-2NV7. Unfortunately, after visiting my doctor, I was advised against undergoing the procedure for medical reasons. Therefore, I would like to cancel my Groupon. I was aware that the coupon was valid until February, but my doctor emphasized the risks involved for me. I used my credit card for the purchase and kindly request the charge to be refunded. I specifically asked for a call between 9 am and noon today, October 22, but unfortunately, no one has contacted me yet. I have also tried to communicate through emails, but it seems challenging to get a response from your end. It is crucial that I hear from you today as I am departing on a cruise tomorrow and will be unreachable. I urgently need Groupon credits for the Center for Natural Healing and Le Bijou Salon and Spa, due to medical concerns. The Center for Natural Healing can't be used since it's not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, while Le Bijou Salon and Spa uses chemicals not suitable for those with dry or itchy eyes. I have clearly explained this situation in my previous messages. I kindly request that you promptly address these issues by providing the Groupon credits I am owed. I have reached out to Groupon multiple times since October 21, [redacted], to use my trade-in voucher. It has been over 24 hours, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I am seeking a refund for my purchase of the "Sublime" treatment from Bellagena in Bradenton, FL. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been successful in resolving this matter. The situation has been quite frustrating. When I purchased the Groupon, I expected to use the 3 sessions without issues. However, upon trying to schedule, I was informed that only one session could be used per year. This information should have been prominently displayed to prevent any financial wastage. I am beyond the 3-day window, but the lack of communication has made it impossible to contact anyone for assistance. Hello, I attempted to make a purchase using the discount code BONUS10 on Groupon, with the expiration date being October 22nd. Unfortunately, the discount section was not available when I tried to apply it at 11:55pm. When it finally appeared at 12:00am, the code was considered expired. Could you please credit the $10 Groupon bucks associated with this email to my account due to the website's technical issues? Also, even though I was a Groupon Select member during my purchase, I was still charged shipping, handling fees, and taxes. I kindly request a reimbursement for these charges. I recently checked my order for a purple HP 14" laptop on Saturday, October 18. The status showed it just arrived in Brooklyn, NY, and was set to reach me in Santa Rosa, CA, by October 21. Strangely, on Tuesday, October 22, the site claimed my package was delivered on October 19 at 2:35 pm. However, I was home all day on the 19th, working in my yard and porch, and the mailman did not deliver my laptop. I find it suspicious that despite being in NY on the 18th, my laptop was marked as delivered on the opposite coast within 24 hours. Losing $[redacted] is significant, and I intend to report this issue to the BBB and other platforms to raise awareness of what has happened. The mismatched dates between Groupon and USPS tracking, along with the photographic evidence I have, indicate a problem. I expect a resolution that involves either receiving my laptop or a refund.

About 3 or maybe 4 weeks ago, I placed an order for a Verona Luxury Ottoman double bed frame in grey along with a mattress. The mattress was delivered, but the bed frame came in pieces and is missing the side rails. This has been frustrating as I have been sleeping on the mattress on the floor. I am requesting a refund for a spa treatment for two in Vegas that I purchased as a treat while in Vegas. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it, the website stated that it was no longer available. Upon checking my account, the charge was pending and then appeared three days later. Due to personal circumstances involving caring for my sick mother who recently passed away, I was unable to utilize many purchased items. I recently purchased a Sam's Groupon voucher on Monday. Following the redemption instructions in my inbox, an error message appeared, leading to a back-and-forth between Sam's and Groupon. On Saturday, October 19th, my wife and I attempted to attend the Patti LaBelle concert at Wintrust Arena. We arrived at 6:45 pm for the 7:30 pm concert start time and quickly realized they had oversold tickets. We spent two frustrating hours driving around trying to find parking in the area, only managing to move two blocks due to the lack of available parking spaces. It was disappointing to miss out on the concert experience while stuck in traffic with other upset attendees. This was meant to be my first time seeing Patti LaBelle, but the overall experience left me disheartened. I purchased the tickets through a Groupon deal for an evening of soul music with Patti LaBelle and friends.
