Hi. I purchased two groupon deals on June **, **** for Printerpix magic mugs.*Long story short, using the two groupon coupons, Printerpix sent me the two incorrect orders. I have been disputing the orders with them since end of June and now have resorted to the credit card to dispute the orders. They suggested contacting you for a refund on the coupons which were $**.** each for a total of $**. I discarded the mugs since they were unusable after Printerpix initially sent the first orders and left off the letter "L" on the word "school". They remade the orders and made the same mistake again after telling me they would make sure they went out correct. The mugs were a fundraiser for our high school reunion. Printerpix did not resolve the problem from June-September.*What I am asking is a refund for these two orders in the amount of $**.
