Good Morning,**I purchased two tickets on Groupon Order Number ********** for $**.** each. I later received a email stating that my order was cancelled and that I should check my payment information. I did in fact verify and the information was accurate. In fact, the charge is showing debited on my statement online. I was also advised by The Smoothie King Center that they could correct this. I was advised that it was Groupon's responsibility because they offered the event for this amount and that the purchase did go through. Also, the show is not sold out because there are tickets available at a higher cost now. I would like to have Groupon honor their offer because it is the integrity of a company that keeps return customers. Thank you for your immediate attention in this matter. The event is scheduled for tomorrow.
