I have been considering purchasing a custom-made bobble head for my son's 50th birthday through Groupon. However, each time I attempt to place the order in response to the notifications I receive, I encounter a recurring issue. Despite entering all the necessary information, upon reaching the checkout stage, a different item (a set of storage containers) is displayed instead. This process has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing as I am repeatedly being charged for an item I did not intend to purchase. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this ongoing situation with Groupon.

I recently placed an order on your website for the Xbox One Play and Charge Kit using the SAVE10 coupon code by the deadline of August 8 at 11:59 pm. Despite applying the $10 discount from the coupon during checkout, my confirmation email displayed a revised total of $28 instead of the expected $18. I believe there was an error as the coupon discount was not properly applied, causing the discrepancy. The timestamp on my purchase confirmation indicates it was made on August 8 at 11:59 pm, aligning with the coupon deadline, yet the email I received from Groupon states it was processed on the 9th. I still wish to receive the item but would appreciate a refund of the $10 that should have been deducted initially. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly.

Hello, I appreciate your assistance with my Groupon inquiries. I still have some uncertainties regarding the Busch Gardens purchase. I am wondering if I will only lose the promotional value after it expires or if I will lose the entire amount paid. Unfortunately, due to recent surgery, I am currently recovering and cannot travel until after September, which is when the Groupon expires on September 8. I would appreciate a rain check or to be able to use the value paid for a future visit. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I recently bought a Groupon deal for a couples massage in my area priced at $[redacted]. After reading what seemed to be regular reviews, I set up an appointment. However, when I searched for the spa's address online, concerning "happy ending" information appeared. This is not the experience I want, and I am hesitant to visit a location that may not be a legitimate establishment. I attempted to exchange the deal, but it appears to be ineligible. I am hoping for a refund or a chance to exchange the voucher given the circumstances. I feel uneasy about this situation. Thank you for your help.

My FedEx delivery arrived when I wasn't home. They left a note saying I owe $38.56 for delivery and taxes, on top of the shipping fee already paid and the Groupon credit for the product. I won't pay extra for this. Without prior notice of these additional costs, I won't collect the package unless new arrangements are made.

I bought a Groupon for my friend, who isn't computer-savvy, to enjoy a day at Mario's spa with her daughter. Unfortunately, she discovered she has a torn rotator cuff and needs surgery soon. Hoping to use the Groupon before her operation and avoid her injured shoulder during the massage, she tried to schedule an appointment. I bought Bourbon and Beyond tickets a month ago and sent them to my daughter. Recently, I got an email from Groupon stating they didn't receive my email with the tickets due to a mistake on my part during the purchase. They requested me to click on a link by 9/10/19 and provide my name, email, and Groupon #. Is this email legitimate since they have my email address?

I recently purchased the Kangaroo CBD Party Bag 750mg through Best CBD Finds on Groupon. Upon trying to return the product immediately after purchase, I was charged $49.99 instead of the $12.99 I initially paid for the same item. I am seeking clarification on whether the charge came from your end or theirs. I am now requesting a full refund for the product and would like to know the process for returning it. I received a notification from XDP, the delivery company, regarding the mattress and bed I purchased from Groupon. They informed me that the items would arrive within 3 working days. When I contacted them to ensure my presence during delivery, an XDP representative mentioned they had not yet received the items. If I wished for the delivery to occur outside of regular hours, I should coordinate directly with the seller. Given the size of these items, I must be present for delivery. I am willing to pay extra for a smooth delivery process. The order numbers are #[redacted]03 and [redacted]05.

I purchased a coupon from Groupon for a car service at Precision Tune. I scheduled a 9am appointment today but upon arrival, I was informed they were booked three weeks out for Groupon customers. Unfortunately, I can't wait that long to get my car fixed and would like a refund. In my understanding, an appointment should be honored as scheduled. The coupon did not mention any potential delays for Groupon users.

Last night, I bought 2 vouchers for the Rugged Maniac race in Denver. When I tried to redeem them, I mistakenly marked one as used and couldn't use it. To ensure I could register before the deadline, I purchased a third voucher, using 2 out of the 3 I bought. I need a refund of $49 for the unused voucher as I was charged for all 3 but only used 2. I couldn't reach out for assistance at that time. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for Massage Advantage. The individual scheduled to perform the massage informed me that they do not work for Massage Advantage. I am seeking a refund of $37.00. I attempted to contact the person directly but was unsuccessful. I even visited the address provided by Groupon, but the person was not present. After leaving a message, I received a text stating they are not affiliated with Massage Advantage. I am Charles H. from Louisville, Kentucky.

I recently browsed your site looking at Address Signs with the initial in the center. This was intended as a gift, but I only checked the final cost with no further action taken. However, my Visa statement shows two charges for this order that I did not complete, and I have not received any items. I did not provide my Visa account number or any address details, including the recipient's address. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and issuing a credit to my Visa account.

I bought a Massage Advantage voucher in June, which expires on August 30. When I enter the code (LA1SMHDMDJ), it says it's invalid. I tried reaching out via live chat but no luck, and I haven't been able to contact Massage Advantage. I emailed Groupon two days ago, but no response yet. This is really frustrating for me. I've always had smooth experiences with Groupon in the past. I just want this resolved so I can use the massage voucher I purchased.

To whom it may concern, I bought a Groupon as a birthday gift for myself for Studio@Ben. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment, Ben informed me he won't be available until next month, and my birthday is this month. As a result, I no longer need this Groupon. I would appreciate a refund or the option to exchange it for another Groupon. I'm unable to cancel it on My Groupons for some reason. I tried placing an order using the SVJ2L4 code during checkout, but I encountered an error stating my order did not meet the minimum amount required. Despite my $46 order, I could not proceed. I have spent an hour searching for a contact number without luck. There seems to be no live chat support available. I wanted to refer a friend, but now I'm hesitant. Due to the code's expiration today, I know I will miss out on those items. It's disappointing; I miss out on my desired items, and the company misses out on a sale. This situation is very frustrating.

I bought a voucher for a comedy club show tonight, 8/9. Unfortunately, due to a recent car accident, my doctor recommended I avoid prolonged sitting as my back and neck are out of alignment. I've reached out to Groupon four times but haven't received a response. I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service. I would appreciate Groupon deal bucks for this purchase. If not, I'll have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and consider using Living Social instead, as they offer better deals. Thank you.

I purchased three Groupons advertised as for the "Aquarium in Monterey, CA." It turns out they were actually for the Aquarium by the Bay in San Francisco, which is not close to Monterey. This felt misleading, and I ended up buying full-price tickets for the Monterey Aquarium. Many others seem to have been similarly misled. As a loyal Groupon customer, I would appreciate a refund.

I am very frustrated. I made an appointment online for teeth whitening following the link provided by the staff over the phone. After a challenging 40-minute drive to the location, I struggled to find parking. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that they were missing some items necessary for the whitening procedure, despite having my contact information and not notifying me beforehand. I was offered a refund, which I tried to process through Groupon, but I am unable to do so as I paid via PayPal. Now I am stuck in rush-hour traffic, feeling extremely upset.
