Hi. I have just received and assembled my Charles tv cabinet. Firstly it’s stated clearly in the add it’s compatible with TVs up to **ins, my ** doesn’t even fit on it. Secondly I paid extra for led lights which with past orders have been mains electric. This has been supplied with a battery pack. Such a cheap alternative considering what my upgrade cost me. The cabinet itself looks fab assembled but completely useless to me as my **in tv doesn’t fit on it. To resolve this I would like a mains electric led clip light kit provided to me plus I am now going to have to wall mount my tv. I would like a **% refund please. **Regards**Phil Burkhill

Resolved via email directly with group-on. My cabinet didn’t accommodate the size of tv so as a compromise they have refunded the price of a bracket for me. Not ideal as in add it clearly stated my tv would fit but happy with outcome
