the rug is torn in the middle and i'm handicapped and didn't know about the tear so i threw away the original large envelope is was delivered in. and have noone to call, so frustrating you don't have a phone number.

i'm trying to return it due to it being damaged ... Im Iris Jagoda and purchased thru an Groupon email a rug and u had the right info, but when it wrote you would send a confirmation to my email you had the incorrect email address, just a mispelling of my last name and i tried to change it, and it wouldn't allow the change, you were confirming order to *****@***.com and my email address which is correct when you send me offers is actually *****@***.com, no T in the name ever and i'm not getting a confirmation on the rug even tho the info when i went to purchase was correct so i'm very confused
there's no way to reach a real, live person
