I have went to get an anti bacterial treatment and a air con recharge from ats euromaster (Bromford Ln, West Bromwich B** *JB) however the were unable to recharge the air con as well as doing the anti bacterial treatment in this car. This was really frustrating as we have have waited for over half an hour to do this.
I would like to get a refund.
I have been a customer for a while now i did not however expect that something like this would occur to me.
I've been trying to find a way to get a refund through the app however the app is not efficient enough as it does not have a refund part in it.
