Hello, I am reaching out as this is my fourth try to get in touch or relay this information. After traveling three hours with an uncancelable hotel booking, we discovered it was not for the correct Caverns location. The Caverns staff acknowledged this as a recurring problem beyond their control regarding how Groupon advertises. Following a wait in line, for an extra $20, we were able to visit Luray Caverns, leaving us with an unused Groupon. I am seeking a refund or credit, holding proof of the purchased ticket. Despite multiple efforts via online and phone, I have had no success. Appreciatively, Michele S. (#[redacted])

I am attempting to cancel my existing subscription with The Virginian Pilot as I recently bought a Groupon deal for a fresh 52-week subscription beginning on July 17th. Despite reaching out to The Virginian Pilot customer service to end my current subscription, I was unable to find a number on Groupon for the new subscription. The company informed me that I require a number starting with '1' or '2' in order for The Virginian Pilot to initiate the new subscription.

I purchased a Groupon for a Medi Spa experience at the Beverly Hills Hilton for two people, including a facial, steam room, vibrating plate calorie burn, and pool access. When I called to make a reservation, I was informed that due to ongoing construction at the hotel, only the facial could be provided. The construction timeline is uncertain, and no reopening date for full services has been set. The Groupon is set to expire on August 9th. I am hoping to receive a refund for this purchase as we are unable to receive the complete experience due to the construction at the hotel.

I purchased a couples massage on Groupon back in June. I have been attempting to contact the massage place without any success. They have not returned my calls or messages. I feel like they are not providing the service I paid for. I am seeking a full refund as I have followed all the instructions from Groupon on how to redeem the voucher. I bought two HelloFresh vouchers through Groupon, one for myself and one for my mother. I tried using one and wasn't satisfied, so I cancelled it. When I tried to use the other for my mother, they wouldn't accept it, stating I had already used a Groupon. Even if I use a different address and payment method, they are refusing to honor the voucher. I would like a refund for the purchase or if possible, turn the amount I paid into a credit for future use. Thank you.

I received my order, but unfortunately, the size is incorrect. I began the return process with an agent but lost contact. I just want to exchange the items for the correct size. I ordered three short sleeve shirts in large and need them in medium. Please assist.

I attempted to redeem an expired Groupon at the Lasik Vision Institute in Stockton, CA. After contacting the Lasik Vision Institute, I learned that the Stockton office is now closed. They also mentioned that the service could only be redeemed at the address specified on the voucher. I paid $[redacted] for this Groupon and should not lose out on my purchase, especially since Groupon's policy typically allows the value to be used even after the expiration date. Thank you, C. I bought Groupon Order # [redacted] using my MasterCard ending in [redacted] on April 13, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to book an appointment due to lack of availability. I am disappointed with the site's lack of user-friendliness. I need to return items, but I can't find records of my orders on the website from my computer. However, when I use the mobile app, the orders are there. The items I want to return are a pair of brown Junie's Comfort women's slip-on wedge sandals (too small) and an NFL distressed serving tray (too small for a 10-inch plate). Please email me a return label so I can send back these two items.

Hello, I bought several vouchers for an out-of-state trip through Groupon. Unfortunately, the events we scheduled using the vouchers were canceled due to bad weather. We couldn't reschedule because we were leaving the next day. The vouchers were for outdoor animal experiences, and the weather prevented us from using them. The two vouchers I purchased are: 1. I bought tickets for the "New Kids on the Block" concert on October 18, [redacted], at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on July 11, [redacted]. I noticed that the purchaser name and "redeem at" location are incorrect on the tickets. I'm worried about the validity of the tickets. The Groupon numbers on the tickets are GL-WR7R-R3LL-WJMZ-X49G and GL-Y1LP-KFMF-ML7L-LRVK. The tickets are labeled as G-Pass with the account number 50-[redacted]/ATL.

I would like to dispute a recent purchase and seek a refund. I bought a Groupon for a hairstyling service with Trudy Weins, which did not clearly state the significant extra charges and cancellation policy. The Groupon advertised a balayage and haircut, but failed to mention the additional cost of $69-$99 required to complete the service. This lack of transparency is misleading and amounts to deceptive advertising. I am a frequent user of Groupon and have never encountered such unexpected additional charges for a service listed on their platform.

I recently relocated from Los Angeles and have two unused Groupons for "Still Yoga" that I purchased for my husband and me. I also have an unused golf Groupon from LA. I am traveling to Durango, Colorado soon and would appreciate if I could get a refund for the credits on these Groupons so I can use them for a massage in Durango. I currently live in Vancouver, Canada, and am concerned about dealing with currency exchange for the refunds. Thank you.

I purchased a [redacted] thread count stripe sheet set for my California king bed, which has a 12-inch deep mattress. Unfortunately, the sheet set does not fit. After washing in cold water and drying on low heat today for the first time, I tried the bottom sheet in both directions, but it still doesn't fit properly. Despite liking the sheet and color, it seems more suitable for a queen size bed. I would appreciate returning these sheets, and an exchange for the correct size would be ideal.

I recently bought the LINDON & HOTELS COLLECTION EASY CARE sheet set with a [redacted] thread count stripe design. However, the cal king sheets I received are meant for mattresses 15” and up, while my mattress is only 12”. I paid approximately $40, including tax. This is the second time I've tried purchasing these sheets. Although I have been pleased with previous purchases, this issue is disappointing.

I made a purchase on Groupon, and the payment was initially declined. I ended up using another card for the transaction. However, the funds were later taken from the initial card, which had been declined, for the same order. The order was for a room in New Orleans. I have two order numbers. The first one is #[redacted], which was the declined transaction, and this is the one for which I need a refund. The second order number is #[redacted], which was successful and the one used for the room booking. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While visiting Chicago the weekend of July 5-7, my partner and I saw people kayaking on the river and decided to look for a Groupon discount to do the same. We found an offer for $64 for a 2-hour kayak rental for 2 people. However, upon arrival at the kayak rental place, we were informed the coupon was not valid on weekends due to high business volume. They advised us to contact Groupon for a refund, stating there should be no issue with receiving one.

I have expired Groupons under two accounts that I have already paid for. Please assist. 1. I have five expired Groupons for Pump It Up. After contacting Pump It Up, the manager informed me they no longer work with Groupon. What are my options? 2. I purchased an expired voucher for a Valvoline Oil Change. I prefer synthetic oil changes over regular ones. How can I transfer the amount I paid to a voucher for a synthetic oil change? 3. I have two expired Groupons for restaurants, and one restaurant is not accepting the Groupon I already paid for. What steps can I take to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.
