I bought * Groupon vouchers for the lavatory museum and ball pit last night. We went today for her birthday and they told us we had to not only buy the groupon but use the groupon to make a reservation at checkout at there own website (the lavatory). However that wasn’t expressed clearly so we drove ** minutes down there for her birthday and they wouldn’t let us in because it was packed and we didn’t make the reservation. They told us we could make a reservation for another day but I got it for my girlfriends birthday and we didn’t want to go another day so I would just like a refund for it. Groupon let me get a refund for one of my tickets but it wouldn’t let me get a refund for the second one because I clicked “view voucher” however I clicked that to show the employee at the lavatory and that’s when they told me they couldn’t let me in and I’d have to schedule a different reservation. So I would like to be able to get a refund for that ticket as well. Thank you
