I purchased two Belcher car wash packages, one as a gift for my wife. We both obtained punch cards, and we were told they wouldn't expire. However, when my wife went for a car wash recently, the new owners refused to honor the punch card, charging her full price for a subpar wash. We are very disappointed with the new management's attitude, and it's a shame because we used to be satisfied customers. I believe the previous owner should have informed us about this change. I tried reaching out to Groupon, but to no avail. It's upsetting to lose the value of both punch cards. Just want to bring this issue to your attention. I recently purchased two 2-day tickets to Sea World, Busch Gardens, or Aquatica with an expiration date of June 30th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the tickets on the 26th, we were denied entry at the park because the tickets were deemed invalid. Despite contacting customer support, we did not receive any further assistance. Being a third-party purchase, we were unable to resolve the issue on-site and had to purchase new tickets to enter the park, causing frustration and inconvenience, especially with children in tow. My husband is understandably upset by this experience and may refrain from using Groupon in the future. I have unused tickets in my account that clearly show they are still valid until June 30th. I visited the lady's house yesterday, and she understood it to be a tune-up that she paid for. I explained to her that the outside condenser wasn't working when I arrived. Despite being more affordable than most A/C companies, she insisted that the $39 only covered the tune-up. I clarified that she required a capacitor and 3lbs of R-22 refrigerant, which are not included for free in the tune-up service. I kindly ask that you inform her about these additional charges for the necessary parts to repair her unit. It's important that she understands the situation and that the out unit was not functioning, which was not part of the tune-up she paid for. Please assist in making this clear to her.

Dear Groupon, I am seeking a refund due to a terrible experience with a hair service I purchased. The stylist I booked had excellent reviews, but I encountered multiple cancellations. On the final appointment, he refused to do my hair due to my perm, even after confirming it was safe. Despite my efforts, he insisted I wasn't the right client and advised me to contact you for a refund. His last-minute cancellations, unprofessional language, and the inconvenience of driving to Chattanooga several times have left me greatly disappointed. I purchased a Radiesse deal at Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center on June 21 for $[redacted], which included 1.5cc of Radiesse. Despite having an appointment with them on June 25, I was informed that the product would not work for the intended areas and that I would need to pay an additional $[redacted] for a different product. Due to financial constraints, I am unable to proceed with the purchase at this time. The staff at the center advised me to contact Groupon Customer Service for a refund since the voucher has not been used. Hello, I obtained a Groupon for Radiesse from Ultimate Image on 6/21. When I went for my appointment at Ultimate Image in Palm Harbor on 6/25, the staff informed me that Radiesse would not address my nasal folds and I would need to pay an extra $[redacted] for a different product. As I am currently unemployed, I cannot afford the additional cost, which is why I purchased the Groupon. They suggested I request a refund. Although the receptionist marked my Groupon as redeemed when I checked in, I have not actually used the service. I am unhappy that I didn't get to consult with a doctor for other options besides paying more or getting a refund. I am now facing challenges trying to get a refund for a service I didn't receive. I scheduled a car detailing service with CT Tints. When I called to book the appointment, I mentioned that my car was quite dirty from off-roading. The staff assured me it was fine, even after describing other excessively dirty cars. However, after leaving my car with them for over 4 hours, I was informed of a $30 surcharge due to the level of dirtiness. This contradicted what was discussed on the phone, and there was no mention of potential extra fees for a particularly dirty vehicle. They knew the make and size of my car beforehand and assured me there would be no additional fees for its size. Now, it seems they are attempting to charge me more simply because my car was dirtier than expected, despite initially downplaying the level of dirt.

I bought a double pedicure and called ahead to confirm we could use it together. When my daughters arrived for their pre-wedding treat, the owner was rude, stating only one could be redeemed. Despite one being marked as used, my daughters left due to poor treatment. Upon calling, the lady was unprofessional and disrespectful. I mentioned reporting her to Groupon and the BBB, demanding a refund. I'm frustrated as I could only email Groupon, wanting a resolution for this ruined wedding gift. The owner’s behavior was unacceptable; she even hung up on me. Urgent response needed as the girls missed out on using the Groupon.

I bought a Groupon for Flawless Medspa in Stoneham, MA on June 25, [redacted]. When I contacted them to book my consultation, they mentioned they are relocating to a different city than advertised, which is much farther away for me. They did not answer my questions about the service, and instead said I could inquire during the consultation. Unfortunately, they scheduled my consultation over 2 weeks away. If I decide not to proceed with the procedure after the consultation, I would be outside the 3-day return window for Groupon. I would like to cancel it to avoid being stuck with a service I do not want. Thank you.

I was comparing iPhone options and selected features for two phone deals. I included accident protection for both. When I tried to apply the code at purchase, it seemed like it didn't go through, but I ended up buying the deals without intending to. I only wanted to see the price with the code applied before deciding. I don't want any of the four items I mistakenly purchased. Please remove these charges from my credit card ending in [redacted] right away. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have a Groupon voucher for Bubbly Cleaning Service, and the experience with them has been incredibly frustrating. Communication is limited to FAQs and Support Tickets with an average response time of 24 hours. I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago and still haven't heard back. The issue is that I received an email confirming a cleaning appointment with Roxanne for Monday at 10 AM, but when I contacted her, she said I wasn't on the schedule. She offered to come on Sunday, but I would have to pay out of pocket. With guests arriving Sunday evening for a week-long stay, this situation is causing a lot of stress.

I purchased an airport transportation voucher and had scheduled a pick-up time between 2:30 a.m. and 2:45 a.m. for my 5:30 a.m. flight. However, I received a call from the company one hour prior to the pick-up time stating that they couldn't fulfil the commitment due to no available drivers in my area at that early hour. I requested to speak to a manager but was informed none were available. When I asked for a referral to another transportation service, they couldn't provide one. I am asking for a refund of $27.98 due to this poor customer service experience. Being left without transportation options at 2:30 a.m. for our trip was extremely disappointing. Baltimore Super Shuttle (USA) was the company involved.

Dear Groupon, I recently purchased a haircut voucher from Shannon at Belle Hair Lounge in Norwich based on positive reviews. However, I encountered difficulties arranging an appointment, leading to a lack of satisfaction with the service. Despite multiple attempts to contact the salon through various means, including messages to Shannon's personal phone and business Facebook account, I faced delays and challenges in booking. Unfortunately, circumstances arose that forced me to cancel my appointment for May 23rd. I promptly informed Shannon on May 18th through Facebook, well within the 24-hour cancellation policy, but did not receive a response. Even after leaving voicemails and attempting to confirm the cancellation, I received no reply. The lack of communication and unresolved cancellation made me uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service. Considering the situation and the importance of £14 to me as a student, I kindly request a refund due to the poor customer service experience. I contacted the number to redeem my three separate orders for the Wildplay Classic Whirlpool Adventure course. Each order was placed using different payment methods: two Visa cards and one Visa debit card. When we arrived, we were surprised to find that we had no reservations. I reached out to customer service and was informed we had 5 PM reservations. Devon at Wildplay Classic Adventure mentioned there would be no charge and advised contacting Groupon for a refund. Following this, I called 1-[redacted] and spoke with Brandon. He mentioned they would refund the taxes I paid. I questioned the high tax amount to a customer service agent previously, who still charged me $18.72. Although this would be correct if we had paid for the zip-lining service, which we did not. The agent instructed us to redeem the vouchers, which we have already done. However, we no longer have the voucher numbers as they have been redeemed. What should be our next steps now?

A merchant who has ads on your website stole my $[redacted] phone. What action will you take? Will you allow her to keep advertising and mistreating customers? I will email you frequently until this is resolved. I demand she is removed from your site and want to know your course of action against such individuals. I am pursuing legal action and will involve the media if necessary. Remove La Saj Salon from your platform. Once I receive the police report, I will proceed with the lawsuit. This individual is dishonest and a thief. How will you address this? Remove her from your website.

I signed up for a one-year subscription online with Sunday paper delivery. Despite multiple attempts to seek help from both companies, I only received empty promises. I paid for the March issue to the MCA to avoid a 30-day delay in my coverage. After receiving e-editions until May and June, the MCA suddenly stopped delivery. I never got the first Sunday paper. After numerous failed attempts to resolve this, I've decided to give up on the Sunday print edition. Instead of stressing over this, I've chosen to move on. If you're wondering what Groupon can do, let me tell you – they can disregard my order, just like I plan to ignore both Groupon and The Memphis Commercial Appeal. I won't be placing any further orders with either of them.

I bought a Groupon voucher for my sister's birthday, but her suite was closed, so we were sent to another hotel with a long wait. They promised a refund on September 21, [redacted], but I haven't received it yet. Customer service claims no refund was approved, but the front desk at the resort confirmed it in the system. I got the supervisor's name, Joseph Tabor, but the customer service agent still hasn't contacted the resort as advised by the front desk. It's frustrating that this issue is still unresolved, and I keep being questioned about it.

I suffer from severe back pain, so I occasionally treat myself to massages to alleviate the tension. Spotting a great deal on Groupon, I eagerly booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and me about two weeks ago using the voucher. When the spa called to confirm the day before, everything seemed on track. However, I received a text that night stating the Groupon was not valid for couples, despite it clearly stating two hot stone massages. Referring me to the fine print, the staff claimed it had to be redeemed by one person. Frustrated, I requested a refund and was directed back to Groupon. Despite still needing the service due to my back pain, on the day of the appointment, they had no reservation for me, which left me astounded. An employee rudely confronted me, even threatening to report me. Confused and upset, I was left feeling unsatisfied with the service and professionalism of the spa.

I booked a hotel room, and a week later, received a duplicate reservation. Without checking the reservation numbers, I confirmed it. Upon arrival, I was given two rooms instead of one. The hotel staff directed me to contact Groupon for assistance, but that has proven difficult. Moreover, I observed that the second room they gave me was actually sold to another guest for the same night. This means the hotel double booked the room. Unfortunately, Groupon charged my credit card twice for the reservation. I initially missed this error because it was buried on the second page of my statement, and I had multiple hotel charges due to an upcoming vacation. The hotel in question is the Brighton Suites Hotel in Rohrbach, Delaware.

Hello Celine, I am frustrated as I have had to return the item twice due to Groupon continually sending the wrong item. I am concerned that even if I return it a third time, I won't receive the correct product. This situation has been very inconvenient and I feel the company has not lived up to its promises. I value good customer service and am disappointed by the lack of assistance provided, apart from the option to return the item. I was assured that I would be credited, but it has been over a month with no resolution in sight.
