I purchased a Groupon in May for a lash lift and tint at Nelly's Salon scheduled in the afternoon. However, upon arrival, I experienced extreme unprofessionalism from the staff. Despite having an appointment, I waited for over an hour and was attended to intermittently as the technician juggled multiple clients. This resulted in a subpar service that led to my own eyelashes falling out. When I requested a refund, I was only offered a credit. I disputed the charge with my bank due to the unsatisfactory service, but it was declined as the service was rendered. I am seeking assistance from Groupon to address this issue and ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I am requesting to cancel my Sam’s Club membership. I have been attempting to contact Groupon for three days and have spent an excessive amount of time on this issue.
I am unable to view the voucher, but I am currently solely interested in obtaining a refund. Following Groupon's instructions, I visited our Sam’s Club, where they informed me that they could not assist and directed me back to Groupon. Despite emailing my phone number twice, I have not received the promised call back within 30 minutes. I am not interested in an email response; I require a live representative to contact me. The email instructions from Groupon are inadequate, and the instructional videos are of no help.
I am in the process of moving and anticipating visitors from out of town. Please fulfill your responsibilities and contact me promptly. My contact number is [redacted].
If I do not receive a response, my next course of action will be to publicize my dissatisfaction with Groupon on social media.
Thank you,
RH

I redeemed a voucher for high-quality Sculptra, but when I visited the doctor, he insisted on using a different treatment. I specifically wanted Sculptra for its collagen-building properties, as I am allergic to other injections. The doctor already redeemed my voucher before consulting me, offering a cheaper alternative that I do not want. I feel cheated and believe the office misrepresented their services. I am looking to transfer this voucher to a different doctor who can provide the treatment as advertised. I urge them to be transparent about the treatments they offer on platforms like Groupon. I left feeling scammed and disappointed. I request a refund or transfer of this voucher promptly as the expiration date is approaching. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.
Best,
Sherie A.

The front desk immediately asked if I had a Groupon and preferred the electronic app over a paper voucher. However, when I saw the doctor, he refused to use Sculptura which was what I intended to get. They offered some threads instead, claiming they had already redeemed the voucher, even though the doctor stated he doesn't provide Sculptra treatments. Feeling deceived, I only wanted Sculptra due to allergies to other injections and the collagen-building benefits. I left feeling scammed and need the voucher transferred to a different doctor who can fulfill the original terms. If they no longer offer Sculptra, they should inform customers upfront. The staff's attitude and attempt to give me a cheaper alternative were unacceptable. I seek a refund or a transfer of the voucher to a different provider. No services were provided, and the voucher was wrongfully marked as redeemed. I'm disappointed and feel mistreated. Thank you. Sherie A.

I have a $45.00 voucher that I wasn't able to redeem because the technician, Ericka, from CND Vinylux Mani/Pedi disappeared without informing the Salon on Rahn. Initially, she missed my appointment, and when I followed up, she provided a vague explanation. Later on, I remembered the voucher and tried to book using Groupon. However, when I called the salon, I was informed brusquely that Ericka had left and they were not affiliated with Groupon. I still hope to receive the service I purchased. Thank you.

I purchased two Groupon vouchers for car washes at Bumblebee Motors on different dates. The first appointment was disappointing as it took two weeks to schedule, the service took longer than expected, the job was poorly done, and I was charged extra for services that were not properly completed. I am now unsure if my second appointment was canceled, and I am left feeling unsatisfied and would like a refund or credit for a different offer. I hope to hear back soon about the cancellation. Thank you. - M.

I am feeling frustrated as I have been struggling to resolve issues with three separate expired Groupons worth $[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, I have not received adequate assistance. I am seeking reimbursement for these coupons as it is the fair and right thing to do. Each coupon has its own story, and I am at a point where I just want to speak with a person to resolve this promptly. I have been a loyal Groupon/Living Social customer for years, but the current situation is testing my patience. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to escalate it to a consumer complaint agency. Since the merger of Living Social and Groupon, it appears that various issues have arisen for both customers and businesses. I hope to continue using your services, but this situation needs to be addressed. My name is Jude Milstein, and my contact number is [redacted].

I redeemed a Groupon for UV unlimited tanning and spray tans on June 14th. During my second visit for a spray tan on June 27th, the spray machine malfunctioned, spraying me with dark liquid unevenly and then with water instead of air. I have photos to illustrate how terrible the experience was. My face ended up very dark brown, almost black, with huge stains dripping onto the floor, resembling someone throwing black paint on me. It was difficult to describe - you have to see it. The staff member was helpful, but I had to shower in the bathroom to remove everything because it was so unsettling. I would not recommend this place for a spray tan. The manager never contacted me back despite my message, and when she did call, she couldn't assist me, offer a refund, or resolve the issue. Her "whatever" attitude and lack of concern were rude and showed terrible customer service. They left me stranded and advised me to contact Groupon customer service, which I'm unsure of how to do as this is my first time dealing with such a situation.

I bought 20 units of Botox from Advanced Laser & Skin Care Center in San Ramon, CA. Unfortunately, their clinician starts later than their published opening hours, making it impossible for me to redeem my purchase. This important detail was not disclosed before my purchase. According to the terms and conditions, I need to make an appointment and have a consultation, but I am requesting a refund on my credit card prior to the service deadline. I am also open to receiving Groupon credit instead of a cash refund.

I bought a Groupon for King Moving which included two men for 3 hours. The total was $[redacted] with additional hourly rates as per the fine print. We scheduled a week in advance and asked for any extra fees, which they denied. On moving day, they charged $[redacted] for wrapping and $89 for stairs without prior notice. Despite objecting, they proceeded. This is unfair and deceptive; Groupon shouldn't promote such dishonest businesses. We reluctantly paid over $[redacted] for an 800sqft 2-bedroom apartment. I plan to take legal action against them and seek a refund. I urge Groupon to stop featuring this deceitful company. The undisclosed charges were not in the fine print. Please remove them from your listings. Contact me at [redacted] if needed.

I purchased two Groupons for the Seven Peaks Resort Gold Pass of All Passes. I was unaware that the Salt Lake City location had closed. In the past, it was not clearly stated that the passes were for Salt Lake City specifically, causing some confusion. I recently found out that my family cannot use these passes as the location is no longer operating. Living in Holladay, we have no use for passes in Provo. I would like a refund promptly so I can purchase different passes elsewhere. It is essential that the website clearly indicates when a location is closed to avoid misunderstandings. I am looking forward to a quick resolution regarding the refund process. Thank you.

I am writing to address the issues I have experienced with Lifestyled Lashes in Whitby through a Groupon deal for a classic full set of eyelash extensions. I had booked three appointments with the service provider, all of which were cancelled on very short notice. The first appointment on May 23 was cancelled less than a day prior, affecting my plans for a wedding on May 25. The second appointment for June 7 was cancelled only a few hours before, impacting my participation in a fundraiser. Now, my third appointment on July 1 has been cancelled because the service provider claimed to have "forgotten" it was a holiday. I believe this behavior is highly unprofessional. Due to these constant cancellations and scheduling conflicts, I no longer have a need for the service as I do not have any upcoming events. The service provider suggested I reach out to request a refund since I have been unable to schedule a convenient appointment. I expect a refund promptly since I feel that my money has been wasted by the lack of service provided.

Good afternoon, I received a Groupon for car detailing as a birthday gift. The service at Bumblebeemotors in Ottawa was disappointing. Initially, there was confusion regarding what the Groupon covered. The manager was unhelpful and asked me to leave. After some discussion, I left my contact information and followed up via email. Despite the bad experience, I do not want a refund to avoid upsetting my daughter who gave me the gift. I felt the service was subpar and do not plan to use Groupon in the future. Bumblebeemotors' handling of the situation was poor, and I suggest they be removed as a vendor. As a long-time customer, this was the worst experience I have had. The front line staff member was the only positive aspect. Regards.

While browsing a Groupon deal for Yankees tickets, my credit card was charged for 3 tickets without my authorization. Despite not intending to make the purchase as the final price was higher than advertised, the transaction went through. I reached out to customer service via live chat but was unsatisfied with the resolution offered. They stated the tickets were non-refundable per their terms and suggested giving them away. I find this response unreasonable since I never agreed to the purchase and did not expect to be charged $[redacted] under order #[redacted]. I demand that this charge be reversed promptly. This situation highlights the issue of my stored account information being misused on the website, as there is no option to directly speak with a representative, making the experience frustrating.

I am concerned about unauthorized charges from Groupon showing up on my account. I looked for a contact support section but couldn't find one. It seems their system has a problem because just viewing items should not lead to purchases. I've noticed charges for items I only viewed while in Bay Ridge. I remember discussing parking with them before, and I was discouraged from going there due to difficulties with parking. There are great spas elsewhere, like in NYC. It's puzzling why I would buy something from Bay Ridge considering I had a negative experience there back in [redacted]. I once worked there briefly but left after three days due to the long commute and awful parking situation. Recently, I viewed an item, and it was automatically purchased without my intention.

Contacting Groupon for customer service has been a frustrating experience.
1. When I called earlier this week, I was put on hold and promised a callback which never happened. The next day, I spoke to a friendly representative who mentioned that since I am in L.A., I need to schedule directly with the clinic. Despite my urgency due to my expiring voucher, they failed to return my calls as they promised. The situation escalated with unhelpful messages and missed calls as my voucher expiration loomed.
2. Another incident occurred when speaking with a rude company owner who stated they no longer accept Groupon vouchers, leaving me in a bind as my voucher approached expiration. Her solution was for me to contact Groupon for a refund.

I encountered a similar problem with the Groupon deal I bought for the Fruitbouquet. The company told me the voucher number was invalid. They provided two contact numbers for Groupon, but I couldn't reach anyone on either. I attempted to reach out to Groupon online by completing their information form, but it didn't assist me in resolving the voucher problem. Unfortunately, the deadline to redeem the Groupon has now expired. I felt my only recourse was to initiate a cancellation of the transaction through my bank's protection plan.

My credit card on file was recently canceled. I am confused as to why the old card was charged, as I have made recent purchases without any issues. Upon receiving a notification to update my card, I promptly did so. I expected my selected Groupon to be processed once the new card information was updated, as indicated in the email. Additionally, I had an expired Groupon, and I was informed via email that I could apply the amount towards a new purchase. Unfortunately, the time to use this deal along with my old Groupon balance has now passed, causing me to miss out on the intended offer. I attempted to address this issue through my account, but I encountered difficulty resetting my password. As a result, my expired Groupon has reverted to its original status. I would appreciate the opportunity to utilize my old Groupon balance as stated in the email.

I recently bought an item from Monogram Hub. The product I received did not match what was shown on the Groupon offer. When you check my purchases, you will see that I ordered note tabs, a spiral art book with colored pencils, valued at $49.99. What actually arrived was just a 2 x 2-inch booklet with note tabs. I paid $4.00 for the voucher but was charged around $8.00 for shipping. To pay $12 for such a small item is unreasonable. Despite several discussions with the company, I am still unsatisfied with the transaction. I am certain I am not alone in expressing disappointment with this company's offers. I strongly believe Groupon should avoid promoting products from this company in the future.

Hello! I purchased a Groupon for The Meridien Philadelphia for tonight (1st) and tomorrow (2nd). Unfortunately, I fell ill yesterday morning with a [redacted]-degree temperature and vomiting. My husband and I tried to contact Groupon online to request a date change, but we experienced difficulties reaching customer service.
