I was trying to get a refund ... Bought a harbour hopper which is a half land half sea tour found out by overhearing a conversation on boarding that the hopper would not be going on the sea so we didn’t want to do the tour. I was not informed when checking in that it was not going in the sea and it states it operates in all weathers not that the tour would change if it was windy. I asked for a refund and was told groupon would refund me, I’ve now been told that all sales are final I had no idea what that meant why could it just not say no refunds? And won’t return me my money which I’ve now paid more for with the exchange rate there is nothing to say I would pay more with the rate!! Please help
