Dear Customer Service,*I recently purchased the Deena * piece duvet cover set. I received a box from your company today. Of course I was expecting the item that I ordered but it was not at all the item I ordered it was a duvet * piece cover set but it was nothing like the item I ordered. I would like to know about returns and how to get a free return label. I'm writing this email to document the fact that you sent me the complete wrong item. I don't want to exchange the item for another item I want my money back because you sent me the wrong item so please get in touch with me as soon as possible and let me know how I can go about doing so.
