Good Afternoon *I purchased four FTD certificates and used them Friday for Mother’s Day. It was a horrible experience all the way around, they made me do them all separately and run my card * times, then it cost me more in shipping than it did for all of the certificates. Then they couldn’t deliver them on time, I kinda understood but had they shipped then Friday or Sat they could have but they shipped them Sunday. Then I noticed that I only received shipping confirmation on *. I called today to find out they “couldn’t deliver to her” she of all of the ones I sent lives in the most populated area, and has the most flower shops and UPS AND FED EX that goes by her house. The worst part is they didn’t even let me know, I had to call them. They didn’t offer an apology, any other way to fix it, nothing. Would not even let me talk to a supervisor. I would like a refund. I didn’t get my flowers and am very disappointed.*Thank you Judie
