Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Ok so I booked a trip at the Kalahari resorts in Baraboo Wisconsin (Wisconsin dells location). When I got there they charged me *** for my room. However, I should have already payed with Groupon so I shouldn’t have gotten charged again. My groupon payment went through when I made the reservations on April **th. So I had my account charged twice for the same room. I talked to the front desk they only had my room from when I payed last night so I don’t why I’m paying ***$ for the same room. My initial Groupon was ***.**$.
GetHuman-bhinshaw did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
