Hello. I purchased a Groupon for * days of parking @ Economy Airport Parking & Shuttle in Milwaukee, WI over spring break. Prior to the purchase, I rang the proprietor to inquire about the reservation process since it was unclear online. She told me that “Economy” has never needed them. “In ** years, we’ve NEVER filled up!” I took her @ her word, cancelling my reservation up the road @ a place charging twice the price. On the morning of our departure, we pulled into Economy’s drive only to be greeted by a crude LOT FULL sign. We rolled down our window, explaining our Groupon & the need for it to be honored. She (owner) shrugged her shoulders & quipped ”we were full by *am. First time for everything, I guess. You have to call Groupon for a refund. I’m not giving you one.” *I purchase Groupons frequently & I’ve never encountered such a rude, obnoxious individual. She*her business should be removed from the Groupon circulation. *I need an immediate refund. I need someone to contact me so I may verbally give them the card * on which to process the return as the original card was compromised in a big box store. Thank you. **Monica M. Ricketts****.***.******PS: EVERY other parking lot was full as well so we were forced to park in airport long term parking. I am disabled, but since we were parking & getting shuttled, my placard was @ home. The walk was grueling & I was in such pain I was in tears. What was to cost $** ended up costing $*** because of one business’ antiquated practices. Ridiculous.
