I needed the roundtrip to start on Thursday but return on a Friday. ... I just purchased * Catalina island flyer vouchers and viewed them , then realized I purchased the wrong ones. I need the "any day" vouchers, not the Monday - Thursday vouchers. I would like a refund so I can start over with the correct items. The vouchers were purchased under my name (Carol Moore) with my Visa (which is already processing the purchase). My billing address is ***** Kokomo Road, Apple Valley, Ca *****. my email is :*****@***.com. How can I get a refund so I can purchase the correct vouchers? I already called Catalina Flyer (Newport Beach) and was told that Groupon used to let them make the changes but that I would have to contact Groupon for adjustments. HELP!
I am not a tech savvy person. I hope there is a "map" to follow get the refund. So much of what I've tried to navigate so far is redundant with no resolution in sight.
This could be resolved by providing a way to get a refund, if even by a credit or check issued. Then I can make the correct purchase.
I have used Groupon several times, also used the Catalina Flyer vouchers in the past. Help me resolve, if possible provide a phone contact if I haven't been clear.
