Get a FULL refund and find out why Groupon continues to let them sell Groupons they have no intention of honoring ... I had a HORRIBLE experience with a place I had purchased a Groupon for and requested a refund when they refused to honor the Groupon. I spoke to a Customer Service rep and he said he had applied the refund. However, I paid $**.** and was refunded $**.**. Why is this, there is no explanation.***And why has Groupon stopped using LIVE reps? I am more diligent than most and was not going to let them take advantage of me, especially when being so incredibly RUDE!!
I want a full refund and I strongly feel like Groupon should look into the way they treat Groupon customers, the large number of complaints similar to mine and stop letting them advertise Groupons they have no intention of honoring and refuse to take any responsibility, saying only-and VERY rudely-"YOU NEED TO CONTACT GROUPON and DEAL WITH THEM for a refund!"
I have had some great experiences with Groupon and have been happy with my purchases for the most part
I have noticed that vendors are getting more negative about anyone using Groupons and treat us differently when using one. I have had several vendors make comments about how much I save, how much Groupon costs them and how I should tip more and try to majorly upsell me on anything they can! They also make it virtually impossible to make an appointment after you mention a Groupon
