I ordered, paid for but never received the following orders- status on Groupon has said “preparing to ship” for weeks now. Order * is ******** (As Seen On TV Handy Windshield Wiper * pack). It also says, ”Scheduled delivery pending.” It also says, “shipped on ****-**-**.” If that is even true, I most definitely should have received the package by now. , ****-**-**. When I click on ‘track this item,” it says the following: “Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel.” Then, in complete contradiction to the previous statement, it says once again , “Scheduled delivery pending.” Please help. I really do want these items- is it possible for you to please re-ship with no longer than * day shipping time? *Thanks,*Kristin Klink ****-***-****
