I previously chatted with Groupon support (Ticket ID* ******************) in which I was instructed to reach out to the seller due to the price difference for the large, tower crystal that's listed at $*** on Groupon but $*** on the seller's site. Therefore the seller adds an additional $** to the $**.** I already paid to Groupon (plus shipping which I already knew about). I contacted the seller last Friday, March **, and have not heard back. Since I haven't heard from the seller can Groupon work with the seller to adjust his site's price to correctly make the Groupon **% off?
Groupon work with the seller to correct the price in order for the Groupon code to be **% off.
I reached out to the seller and did not get a response.
