I have been trying for a couple of years w over ** emails to get * purchases refunded for services not rendered. I still have the original groupons w bar codes and Groupon numbers. Every time I get an email or live chat, it says they will look into it, but then no-one dies and I get an automated response back, did we resolve your issue? And they have not. They are both for hair services at the same salon. For years you went and got a Groupon and she allowed multiple groupons, so I would get one each time she serviced my hair. I was on the phone w Groupon and the customer service rep at the time noticed I had * Groupon acct’s. I had stopped using an old email address. She said I still had a few Groupons on the acct that was inactive and emailed them to me before she closed the Groupon acct. I have copies of all the emails and vouchers. My hair salon decided she was not going to accept them anymore, just new clients as her business had grown. She said she called Groupon and they told her I could just get refunded. That was a few years ago. I don’t believe now, she talked to anyone because as soon as we hung up I called the number she gave me and have never talked to anyone in all this time. I have a copy of everything. All communications w Groupon. I am out $**.** for over * years. They are stealing and keeping clients money by ignoring issuing sand NOT refunding. I have over a pound of interactions I was going to mail to their Chicago office along w the original vouchers. Please advise where I go from here. Thank you.*Sincerely, Debra T
