Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mindyye's own words
I just purchased a Groupon at Coco key hotel and water resort in Orlando Florida for their water park. Upon entering the very loud premises, the front desk assistant, Juan G., redeemed our groupon before we had the chance to view the park. I have called several times to this park prior to this event to ask about the quality of rides. Each time I called, I was transfered to the water park phone line, but no one ever answered. After putting our phones and personal items in a non-refundable locker, we walked around the very small and very dirty park. It was clearly not maintained well, there were screaming children, the rides were not to code. There were peices of food in the water mixed with alcohol. It was very unfortunate that the "resort" never answered my calls to inform me of this situation before I came here. It's *:**pm as I write this, barely ** minutes since our groupon was redeemed. We never used the promotional value of this groupon as promised. We walked in, the assistant redeemed our groupon. We payed for a locker, we changed into our swimming suits, we walked around and saw how dirty the location was, and we waited in line asking the assistant if Groupon could refund us, and he said that he would speak to his manager, Austin Pack. So I am contacting Groupon now to help me resolve this issue. I paid for two groupon passes for myself and my boyfriend, and I am very displeased with the false sense of advertising I saw from group concerning this location. I would like a full refund of what I paid, and address my concerns about the dirtiness of this resort. I can not get my $*.** locker fee back even though I only used it for * minutes. I hope groupon will do the right thing in this matter, as I have been very faithful to groupon for years.
